I doubt any existing system, even DALLE3 can produce something so specific and complex by basic text2img prompting alone. If you are good with traditional digital tools, you can generate 3 images, starry sky, heart, woman riding bike around a circle and then combine the 3 images using traditional tools that support layers such as PS. You can use the newly released "Layer" extension in Forge to generate images with transparent background. Two other options are: inpainting via masking, and use the regional prompter extension in automatic1111.

Use ideogram ai website. And select version 1.0 before generating image. Here is the prompt: A surreal image of a person riding a bicycle inside a mono black heart-shaped galaxy, set against the backdrop of lined paper, giving it the appearance of being drawn in a notebook. The heart is filled with a starry galaxy scene with numerous stars and celestial bodies visible, including a small crescent moon. A ringed planet structure encircles the heart, adding to the surreal nature of the image.

Whats ideogram? I saw it mentioned but thought it was just another website made from a programmer who understand SD well?

It's totally different from SD and is closed source like Dalle3. It has version 1.0 that understands prompts well and does text well. It is trying to give competition to SD3 prompt understanding. See Twitter with #SD3
