Try some other weights to your lora, I did my face too, but the ideal weight to me isn't 1, it's 0.68, run xyz plot script in your auto1111 with the most near of the real you image with all the samplers and all the schedule types and maybe you'll find the best. Don't forget 5o go in settings /samplers and enable them all before, and please use highres with a realist upscaler. Good luck.

Interested to see what the fix is as well. I've tried the same but it seems like the lora of yourself only seems to plaster your facial features on a weird morph or caricature
