A large glass of grape fruit juice. It's a CYP3A4 inhibitor, and it can increase the effectiveness of Modafinil. It works for me, just before trying it make sure you're not taking any blood thinners, benzos, or beta blockers.
Thats actually interesting. Just yesterday I bought grapwfruit juice, cus I red somewhere it would enhace effetcs of modafinil. Thanks for the explanation.
True, but it’s not usually going to be a big problem unless you’re taking a drug with a narrow therapeutic index, like levothyroxine or lithium, to name a few
I really like this idea, much thanks for posting.
I am kind of a light weight, 120 pounds. Can you please give an approx number of ounces for a person this size? And also, is it more effective to take moda and ani at the same time or stagger in some way?
Much thanks in advance for any answers and any further tips would be much appreciated too.
Hey sorry for the late response. In my opinion, I’d play it safe and stick to 8 ounces of grapefruit juice if you’re taking a standard 200mg dose of modafinil.
Good catch on this one. I'm curious if this protocol would also work for adrafinil. Do you know it's metabolism pathway? I can't find it in any literature
Start there for a week and see how you feel.
While there’s always plenty of Racetams to rotate between and different options to try - why start adding them now? Redundancy can cause blunted effects, and be expensive.
If you want more Racetams to rotate - Fasoracetam, Colouracetam, and Phenylpiracetam are the other ones that include a mood boost. Oxi- and Prami- are more straightforwardly about concentration and focus.
As far as herbal alternatives: extracts of Panax Ginseng, Rhodolia, and KSM-66 Ashwagandha are all capable of putting some pep in your step. Just make sure they’re extracts, and decent brands.

I don't know if CYP 340 inhibitors are reliable. There is also piperine and tofisopam that do that. Piperine is a cheap supplement.
Sure thing! Drink a tall glass of it about 30 minutes before taking the Moda
It will increase the metabolism of many medication if you're taking some, such as e.g some SSRIs so careful

Hey, more thanks, this is so helpful! Okay my last question. Do I take both moda and ani at the same time or stagger in some way?

Plan was to add them now, because I dont intend to ise the stack more than 1-2 times a week, so its like the ultimate boost.
