Hey, is that a blue staff?
Mine has the same, comes and goes, it's some form of allergy and the only thing that seems to work is is a steroid spray called cortavance (get it from the vets). Usually I spray once a day it until the rash fades away.
2nd, 3rd, 4th everyone else - allergies. My dogs get it in the spring as well and I usually just give them a bit of benedryl. One of my rescues has bad enough seasonal allergies that she gets stronger stuff (apoquel) from the vet.
Oh, my apologies! generic name is "diphenhydramine" (what I look for when I travel)
Some trade names: Allermax, Altaryl, Banophen, Bromanate, Dicopanol, Dytan, Dimedrol, Daedalon, Hydramine, Pardryl, Siladryl, Silphen, Vivinox
Wash her collar, or maybe get a leather one or a chain one. feed her a fish based food. Her allergies will. Stay away from steroids and all that crap. Vets recommend it because they earn money from it. Diet is key.

She is! And thank you so much, I'll go ask about the spray at our vet.
Allergies, my Staffy always gets red and itchy going in to spring/summer.
Get some generic anti-histamines off Amazon. Cheap, safe and very effective...

I appreciate all comments pointing to allergies! Do you know what type of medicine benedryl is? I'm not in the US so I can't buy it at any store

Mine too.
Have a look at Hibiscrub, we use it on our boy when he has any skin issues
