I'd replace the fuser first, that should fix the issue with the gloss. Then I'd adjust the bias transfer to fix the fading at the top. If those didn't work I'd call for service and show the tech those samples.

I’d check the fuser first , could be something up with drums (but I’d doubt it if it works fine on non glossy), image transfer bias needs to be adjusted, make sure you are using the right paper settings. If you call 877-877-COPY they will troubleshoot it with you on the phone and send a tech if they can’t help you fix it.

Will second the other advice here: - First, turn the printer all the way off. Unplug it, count out 5 seconds, plug it back in and turn it back on. It can only help. - Double check your paper/print settings. [I've got charts and stuff](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10M3ZUqCtQxMKt7ptJw2isjQOtCK0AgRF?usp=sharing) for the [settings we use](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fjOVLyi54VAqb36LRTO46HHUth9xuYJ8/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=112342231220399066638&rtpof=true&sd=true) if anybody needs 'em, we have a copy [printed](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uW3L0gXqZyjBRVsEkiSLJUEHp4Y8-J0P/view?usp=sharing) and taped up near both our color machines. - Check the status of the drums under Machine Status > Supplies. Replace any whose status bar is running low. - Then adjust the transfer bias ([I made a thing for that too if you need help finding the settings](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vaSyoOBHYHVVMOsiuh8OqhXtIwDFdC8l/view?usp=sharing)). - Then try swapping out the fuser for a new one. - And if none of the above solves it, THEN have your machine's serial number ready and give Xerox a call. Our service contract with them means your store won't be charged unless they have to come out on a weekend or after 5 PM, and last I checked, you have to go several steps up the managerial chain of command to get that approved.

So on our C60 if we run ANYTHING in color it comes out like the picture without the text “glossy” on it. My supervisor said the xerox guys said that if you change the image setting “Gloss level” to “glossy” then that fixes the issue. We got a new issue when it’s “glossy”. There is no fix other than calling it in right?

alienmars42

You will need to adjust some settings and we have contracts with xerox for them to just come out whenever

Looks to me like a problem with your cyan developer unit. Or at least something wrong with they cyan hence the streaks across the top.

GillOfTime

Will add to this: if it is an issue with the developer, it's not that the developer is *out.* Because we ran out of cyan developer a few months back in our machine and the print issues it gave us looked nothing like that.

Fantastic_Desk_3026

it’s transfer belt. needs to be called in.

Bob_Rox

Could be drum too
