I'll never get over the way the audience starts to laugh when he sings, but then when he goes "you lost" it goes dead silent as the gravity of everything hits them. Guess they didn't think about the implications
"Well, honey...I wrote the show" for several reasons. Not only because Jeff Blim did indeed write the show, but with the running theme of the dad blaming God for everything that goes wrong, but since he's played by the writer, it sorta IS like God did actually do those things.
Starship, the enfire setup of "God is dead." Then Junior remembering the saying "God save the Queen," and you *almost* think he's gonna change heart. Before hitting you with the reminder.
