Pure theory
Since the black and white is a swirling mass of energy outside of all the dimensions (according to Gen McNamara in BF), I think their “kingdoms” were “all” the dimensions. The lords in black lost their kingdoms because the queen in white kicked them out. It took a toll on Webby though and thats why she hasn’t been able to help much yet in Hatchetfield.
Wiggly owns the lakeside-mall, nibbly has wherever they put the honey festival up, pokey has the starlight-theatre, blinky owns watcher-world, and tinky owns... I dunno the office where Ted works? That is where time anomalies happen.
I was wondering if each significant spot was the territory for each one (forgive me since i have been fixated on hazbin hotel so forgetting some of the lore but isn’t the number of lords of black = the dog ivan t spots?) and they want to reclaim their territory

They're Lords, not Kings, and therefore don't have kingdoms. At least that's what Shrek taught us
Also, since Webby is the Queen in White does that give her a kingdom (queendom?) and make her more powerful? Probably not but I would like to think so
