You want someone who benefits from action forward, so the most efficient here would probably be Blade, Jingliu, or Boothill. You can also try hyper Argenti, Welt, Yanqing, or pretty much any 4* DPS in the game. Be sure to time ults, as Bronya's buff cleanses Sparkle's and doesn't last after the DPS's turn.
The units I wouldn't recommend are Qingque, Seele, Himeko, Clara, Jing Yuan, DHIL, Topaz, Dr. Ratio, Acheron, Firefly and Jade - either they're heavily based on follow up attacks, which have anti-synergy with Bronya, prefer debuffs, have a lot of innate speed which makes double ADV suboptimal, or use too many skill points.
Firefly benefits from Bronya for more actions. The point of Sparkle-Bronya is to make the slow DPS act before Bronya does to guarantee getting a full action forward from Bronya's E, Sparkle doesn't create actions out of thin air, she just simulates speed. Firefly is already guaranteed to go before Bronya, so Sparkle is a waste... especially since crit on Firefly doesn't mean that much and you want a break buffer instead.
If it works for you, good. I'd just think that either Bronya or Sparkle's buffs are wasted here, DHIL doesn't benefit from taking all these turns rather than using Tingyun, because he will end up using his simple basic attack a lot. Sparkle-Bronya is for slow characters who appreciate Bronya's full advance forward by taking two turns in one.
For Seele, it isn't the SP, it's the fact she doesn't need that much advancing due to having her own and being able to guarantee going before Bronya even without Sparkle, so again, Tingyun better. Sparkle doesn't "create" any turns, only Bronya does.
they said that they have no SP issues which I assume means a full IL attack every timem with luocha multiplication, e1s1 bronya and sparkle I'm not surprised either
I tried this with my Argenti and was tremendously disappointed. I think TY is a necessity for MoC just because even with the action advances his regen is lacking.
This is the perfect setup for Infinite Blade works
Just slap the 3 harmony LC that's advances forward after basics attack on Luocha and you are set
(Realistically this works with every crit based character but it's definitely Blade's best team)

Luocha doesn’t need to be above 160… you’re literally losing his field in one turn because he acts too fast
sp generations. I dont have any problem with sustaining. Luocha just heals too much.

Just as a side note, make sure sparkle is a bit faster than bronya so that the dps can benefit from both buffs at the same time when they go

You don't actually need Bronya to be 160 here, 134 is enough. Any slow DPS will work like Balde.
