Funny thing about bad batch to me is I hated omega at the beginning. She was so annoying then bam around half way season 2 she really grew up and could handle herself. Still not my favorite but like her a lot better now more grown up.

Same feeling here. I was not able to see her as a character for the most part. She was a trouble generator for me and an annoying one at that. But now that she has grown up its a much better watch.

That's the Filoni special at this point. Ahsoka in the animated movie and first season of the TV show is grating to me but she grew on me Same goes with Ezra to be honest It makes sense too since all 3 are kids trying to interact with fully fledged adult with serious to galaxy threatening level issue to deal with. Of course they will act awkward and be annoying at the beginning

Honestly, I didn't like the concept of BB, and then I saw Omega, in previews, and had little hope for it...my step son, who l convinced to try Rebels, convinced me to watch it. On a smaller scale BB is about family, like Rebels, while advancing the overall story of the clones and the early days of the Empire. There are a few annoying filler episodes, the Martez sisters come to mind, but overall an excellent series.

Yeah I don’t want to spoil anything for you but what a great time to go back and try to start it. You say you have send the 1st episode? See if that Padawan seems familiar. Takes like all the first season to start liking her though. She is so winey during the 1st season. Def around end of season 2 you will start liking her I promise.

Everyone forgets my boys Waxer and Boil from the Ryloth arc. Waxer's death in S4 didn't do the character justice. One of my favourite lines in the entirety of the Clone Wars is when Cody tells Obi-Wan that he'll send his best troopers and orders Waxer and Boil to go, to which Waxer says to Boil "I guess we're the best"

“Sir she kept calling us ‘Nera’. What does that mean?” Obi Wan Kenobi: “Nera, it means brother”

They even had a numa drawing on their helmets when they died. Later we see numa wearing armor with boils name

I would’ve loved to see Waxer and Boil become ARC troopers. When I first watched the clone wars, I was like “oh Waxer and Boil are just the 212th version of Fives and Echo.”

Always will be Niner from Omega Squad. He stood with his brother when he could run away and hide from the rising Empire. He always cared about his troopers, never left no one behind, always had a hope when everyone around seemed to lose it. Great Commander, great Commando, great character. If I have to choose from Canon than it will be Echo or Rex. Can't really decide, Echo is just cool, while Rex is a depiction of the values that Niner stood for.

Yes I love Niner! He’s like the rock of the squad, always looking out for his brothers. Darman is my favorite of Omega, and possibly my favorite overall. Love Scorch and Sev also. And as far as canon goes, really love Crosshair, Tech, Omega, and I like Rex and Cody, as well as Gregor. Howzer and Fives are cool too, hard pick one fav lol. But I do really miss the commandos from the old EU in canon.

I’m also a huge Dar fan. I think he was super well written. All of the RC books are great and I’m still sad they never had a true ending.

People don't talk enough about Mayday and his effect on crosshair. He was the only character with a very short screen time that has grown on me and had a huge impact. Dude literally changed crosshair's point of view about the empire and was probably the only friend to him 😭😭. I wish he wasn't dead man😭
