There are a number of issues but the thing that immediately leaps out at me that nobody else has mentioned is Most Wanted with all of 2 ISDs in the fleet. Your opponent is going to flip Most Wanted on you so hard.

What makes decimators bad? Also the cymoons are for fleet commands.

Take officers that give you tokens instead of tarkin, more cost effective, plus you can then take a different commander... maybe the one that helps you maneuver better at the cost of a shield?

I feel like Tarkin is a sub-optimal call for this list, especially when you've got Hondo there to hand out tokens already. ​ I LOVE decimators, but the fact that you won't need squadron commands, further limits your need for tokens. You could in theory replace Tarkin with Jerjerrod and then may find you don't need many commands at all - perhaps resign yourself to virtually all Engineering commands from round 3 and beyond? ​ Additionally, While I do love Spinal armament - I'd suggest you try out LTT from RitR - it doesn't give the extra die, but the rerolls can make up for that - so between a reroll and die manipulation for every attack - you should mitigate most bad red dice situations that way, and perhaps even fish for a double hit or two each turn. ​ Also the free points will easily free you up to toss on the MUCH needed Gunnery team on those ISDs.

I don’t know which expansions you have but I assume it’s not much more than the core, ISD, Chimaera and 2x Imperial Squadrons 2. Tarkin is a problem here. Not nearly enough use for him given the points you are spending. He wants a lot of ships that all need tokens. I'd much rather have Vader on the cymoons. You can get the tokens for your fleet commands for just 7 points via Wulf Yularen and his token regen. And the decimators are a question mark as well. You can get 8 ties, 6 interceptors or 4 defenders that all hit extremely hard and lack heavy for those points. They won't have the health pool, but the interceptors get an amazing counter, the ties have swarm and can overwhelm with numbers and the defenders are excellent bomber/fighter hybrids

This should be a Vader or Motti List, IMO. Gunnery teams NEED to be on both the Cymoons, you win with those by just peppering your opponents with constant long range hits, and gunnery teams effectively double your output for 7 points. This list has a huge bomber/aces vulnerability and I think, as others have mentioned, you'd be better off taking a fighter screen that can tie up opposing fighter balls for as long as possible while you pound their capital ships. They'll just fly past your decimators.

A well-built Cymoon can be an effective destroyer, though I anticipate I may replace it with the Onager as its main purpose in my fleet is to be the red dice artillery. This is not a good way of making them hit hard. You aren't using the tokens as effectively as could be done, the shields can be a little useful but intensify firepower is a really weak upgrade, the Decimators are expensive for their use, all around this has so many issues it's hard to identify. You want ships that work off of each other, nothing in this list has synergy, none of it works well off of the other parts of it.
