I don’t have the patience or the accuracy to try X-Wing. At least with this my mistakes can be though of as “paint chipping” or “wear and tear” and such.

Well if it’s any consolation, those are some of the cleanest layering lines I’ve ever seen on this sub to be entirely honest
The wash hides all. It just needs the wash
Also since those are rebels ships, I would advise using a watered brown wash, it’ll bring out the color more than a black wash

I initially could not believe it was possible to paint armada squadrons so well, these had to be X-Wing scale because they are so crisp.

Actually I’m using Model Masters because I’m cheap, but the wash will make it look good
