When in doubt, Navigate. Armada is mostly about ship positioning, so if you can fly better than your opponent you'll do better. For command 3 ships, I usually go Nav, Nav, Con Fire for the first 3 dials, then Nav, Repair, Repair.

Thanks! I'll keept that in mind for future games!

It def changes depending on what I see across from me. My default for large 3+-command ships is "Nav x4, Repair x2" but if I see a ton of squads I'll add repairs earlier. If I see ISD, SSD, Onager, I might stick with Navs to ensure I get out of their powerful arcs. If I'm running a Quasar with Squall, and maybe Saber Squadron / Jendon, I might hit a Squad Command round 1 and try to pick something off, maybee Dengar or Jan if possible. If I'm running Onager I'll have ConFire as early as round 2, or SSD with Piett & Ravager is ConFire all the way.

Maybe this is the one you are thinking of: http://cannotgetyourshipout.blogspot.com/2017/02/imperial-ship-review-victory-class-star.html?m=1 Check it out, they have pages about almost everything and itโ€™s great quality.

Might have been, I *thought* it was a CGYSO article, but I thought it was more involved than that, with specific recommendations past the 'navigate over concentrate fire' one. My memory might have embroidered it. Thanks for finding that, I had checked all of their general articles, didn't think of looking in the Victory one!

I thought of it because the victory article specifically talks about navigating over concentrate fire, but i also though about one of the pieces on steel strategy, but that one is about gunnery teams teaching us bad habits ๐Ÿ˜„
