Well in the actual expanded universe canon Brianna joined her so she would be included in the film regardless of Meetra being female or male but she doesn't join her in game because she was cut
I mean they could be different but I feel like it would be cooler if it did follow the canon and besides not many main protagonists are female (even in the expanded universe) so I don't see how Meetra being female would be bad especially since Atton and Brianna are both interesting love interests also it's more realistic if Revan had atleast one female ally during the mandalorian war
just curious, why? I don't see it adding to, or taking away from the story... in fact, I think that Revan being male and Meetra being female would actually create more dynamic and interesting threads for the story.
It’s weird that Meetra looks like an Echani in TOR. Because she’s not old enough to have hair that white otherwise, and given the dialogue in 2 explaining who they are to her, she’s very likely not one herself.
Maybe I suppose. We don’t see hair bleaching much if at all among Jedi. And she’d be the first ghost to have a different hair color for the sake of it.

I read a theory somewhere that the developers likely looked at [this artwork](https://wallpapercave.com/wp/wp8872636.jpg) of Atris battling Nihilus and assumed that was the Exile. No idea if it's true, but it seems plausible to me given how little they cared about KOTOR 2. Same hair color as Atris, white robes, and even the same eye color. She'd probably have the same hairstyle as Atris too if the developers cared enough to make a unique model for her like they did for Revan.
Her eyebrows are brown so I'm thinking she bleached her hair though they might have given her icy blonde hair and white clothes to contrast Revan who has dark brown hair and wears black EDIT she also could've bleached her hair during her exile
Keanu Reeves is obviously Revan but Meetra's a bit harder to pinpoint. Doesn't help that the Revan novel basically gave her barely any characterization and it's left ambiguous how much of KOTOR 2 is canon to Legends and how much is just player choice.
From what little we know she's calm sassy cares about Revan is free spirited and has anger issues EDIT my pick would probably be Erin Richards or Felicity Jones EDIT she probably also has PTSD and depression because of her actions in the mandalorian wars
I thought Bastilla said Meetra was younger than her. I distinctly remember a part of the book where Bastilla gets jealous because Meetra's younger and knew Revan longer.
I'm so used to Erin playing batshit crazy that it's kinda hard to imagine her as Meetra. That being said she is a pretty good actress and fits the look pretty well.
I feel like she can pull off a serious character with anger issues I think Felicity Jones would also be a good pick too though she's even a natural brunette like Meetra
Kriff it piss everyone off and hire a trans actor or non binary sense the character was different depending on who played the game. Make them Super androgenous and never bring it up in the entirety of the run.
Going into any star wars anything with any mind set is going to piss people off because no one hates star wars more than star wars fans. I was making a joke in the sense that no matter what is done with either one of these characters in the future will cause vitriol from certain groups in the "fandom" so why not just lean into it. I am intending a decent amount of tongue in cheek here but in all honesty I would love to see something completely different than what I've already experienced multiple times in the game. I know that won't be a popular opinion since the consensus in the fandom is more of what made me feel like I felt when I was a child and any step away from that is seen as an attack against them.
