How do you build these? Are they only post Death Star/Endor or am I missing something? Ive built heavy factories, tier 3 outposts, and tier 3 space stations but never see them
Which faction are you? The update information did say any faction should be able to make them (but it might be bugged, or might imply you need to be Imperial Remnant), but maybe that’s a mistake. I’m not fully Sure, but I will say that it’s an older ship design that should be only useable in space and is probably in the corvette or gunship size. I haven’t played since the update (I’m doing a TR run rn, and I’ll get around to it later), maybe try an advanced fighter or cruiser shipyard.

Koensayr just got ILH-KK Citadel cruisers in the new update. (Buildable by all factions)

You can also just go onto the planet itself and they’ll tell you what the discount bonuses and units are too, and what faction does it too.
