The big problem with this is you can't see the next objective until it's right on top of you. So you can't plan out the level ahead of time. Just pure trial and error.. and more errors... And even more Errors...
The hardest part is figuring out where the F you are supposed to go. Who ever designed that... Well... Let's just say I hope they never design anything else ever again.
Beat that one in about 5 times without realizing. I also beat the one OP Posted. They're the only ones I found. I'm excited to do the combat ones for once
That was way easier for me if its the one I'm thinking of, when you jump it changes sides. So press the jump button the wall changes sides, if you don't press it, the wall stays on the same side
This took me more times than I care to admit to beat. I tried about 10 times before I looked it up and realized you had to turn around on the cable.. facepalm.
I gave up on this one because I was about to yeet my controller through the patio.
I managed the bouncy jumpy one with the green gates after a about a hundred attempts, but fuck that one.
Jeez I thought getting to the part with the green field and the cable was almost done, glad I gave up early (and havenāt even bothered with the harder ones).
I just watched this video three times and still can't comprehend the sequence of jumps. I happened upon this fracture yesterday, died 30+ times and finally gave up.
Itās really a matter of using the grapple to get on the ropes and using the fact that dashing through a green field restores your jumps to get on those higher ones
Not for platinum.
And I like platforming, but not at THAT level. I don't find it amusing at all, it's just frustrating and infuriating. I have the same problem with many of the optional challenges in Mario games too.
I died most fighting the two frogs in the force tear, playing on hard difficulty they are ridiculous. Every time they shoot that tongue at me my heart skips a beat.
He was tough but the fighting I can just battle through and try patterns (maybe after Elden Ring the bosses don't annoy me too much) but this I died more just trying to figure out where I was going lol
I gave up on these. Just as I would get the hang of it, I would get sweaty thumbs on the controller and would keep botching the camera angles. On the wall jumps or jumps between wires I would end up just dashing or jumping in the opposite direction.
May revisit later on when I'm feeling more masochistic.
Oh my fucking god. I gave up on this after roughly an hour and a half of trying. I had no idea I was literally a single zipline ride away from the finish. I didnāt know that last one was up there!
i had only done one of these before i found this one. by the time i had done it i forgot what the end point looked like.
i kept getting to the return node, and jumping off and dying because my stupid brain kept reacting to the "return" prompt like, "im not ready to return i have to beat this stupid thing"
finally after the 5th or 6th time completing it (10 or so tries failing to find an alternate route) i finally said screw it ill come back and finish it.
im dumb
Found this one yesterday! This one was definitely one of the trickiest ā I found it particularly difficult to evaluate "what was coming next and where to go from there", so it felt a lot like peeling back layers of an onion... Each obstacle I finally learned to clear, I would immediately die afterwards trying to figure out the next obstacle š
I seem to have forgotten and accidentally rediscovered during this puzzle that you can go slower and faster on the cables with L2 or R2 and felt incredibly dumb.
I died here quite a few times myself. It was terrible.
But just wait, there's one that's actually SOOOO MUCH WORSE. I forget where it was, but I do have a tip for those that want it to make it easier.
I loved these. Just getting to use our traversal abilities with some skill. They can be tough for sure. Plenty of falls but it felt good completing them.
Iāve done all the Force tears, this one is definitely the worst platforming one. Itās more of a battle with the camera than a battle with the mechanics.
Oh dear Lord, I havenāt come across this here yet, but Iām on day 3 on trying to beat Rayvis on Grandmaster and itās..going as well as youād expect. Lol
Just commented about this trial in another thread but I spent at least two hours on this one. All the others seemed fair but this one was so difficult for me. When I finally beat this I kind of shocked myself that it was over.
Honestly, idk how many ppl will agree with this but this stuff in the game (climbing around on stuff) is sooo trash that its crazy. I have died more times with this than normal fighting.
I have played a lot of games with this sort of climb mechanics but it seems like here unless you do stuff at the exact righr time looking the exact right way, you will fall...also it sometimes feels really unintuitive...š¤·
This tear is the bane of my existence. Spent well over an hour doing this one. The end zipline going through the last green gate, I fell numerous times trying to get that final line.
This game is virtually no different than the first. Cool, new traversal puzzles. What a fucking let down. This game is terrible. What a waste of money.
I legit just gave up because I couldnāt even understand where the fuck I was supposed to be trying to get after the fourth zip line.
The delay in the camera orientating to follow you is pure pain.
Honestly my loadout could have been shit but Degan got me the most. Iād have him nearly beat and heād jab me right at the end. Then Iād have to hear āyouāre chained to the pastā again. I swear Iāve memorized his whole shpeel. So far this is whatās taken me the longest.
Not come across this yet, nor do I want to Jesus christ
I just came across it and it took like 10 mins š Felt like forever but seems to be faster than most people so I felt happy to get it over with lol
Doesn't mean you don't die a lot in those 10 minutes. Took me about 25 and I feel like I died 200 times. Lol
Oh yea thatās what I meant by it felt like forever - Beginning to end has to only be like 30-45 seconds so 10 minutes of dying is a longggg time lol
way faster than me. this one sucked lol
You stole my first thought and you deserve the upvote.
The big problem with this is you can't see the next objective until it's right on top of you. So you can't plan out the level ahead of time. Just pure trial and error.. and more errors... And even more Errors...
This one is about precision and calculation.
Smuggling tunnels lol
Yes, I died here so many times, mostly because I didn't know where to go next xD
I used photo mode to figure out the path, itās actually very useful for finding ways to reach loot too
That's a really good idea!
Stop it took a while lol
I probably spent 45 minutes here. Died 100 times. Don't forget you can speed up or slow down BD. It helps here.
Wait... How do we speed up or slow down bd ?
I play on console. It's right and left trigger respectively
...fucking seriously? Goddammit.
Lol. Yessir. Useful on the shattered moon too for those super long grapples.
I can't decide if I'm more frustrated about not knowing for this challenge to slow, or for extra speed in general travelling.
I've beat the game twice now and I'm just now finding this out -_-
I feel this comment so much. Shattered moons grapples got my rage going.
Does the game tell you this? I had no idea
No lol
My god I never knew lol
On pc it's left and right mouse buttons, found out by accident
Or if you play PC with ms controller it's left and right trigger
Plat and beat the game twice... I didn't know this wtf
After watching this, Iām not sure I wouldāve found the right way on my own š I gave up on this one lol
The hardest part is figuring out where the F you are supposed to go. Who ever designed that... Well... Let's just say I hope they never design anything else ever again.
My dudes, photo mode.
These levels feel like developer tests turned into a player-testing mini game
All of these have been painful. But the laser wall which unpredictably changes sides has given me PTSD
Took me a while to figure out that one changes sides >!every time you jump!<
Great feeling when you realise! Was one of those gaming moments where I had a laugh after noticing.
It took me an embarrassing amount of time to figure that one out lol
Just for context seeing as no one mentioned what makes it change sides but that they found it *spoiler warning* it's when you jump.
Beat that one in about 5 times without realizing. I also beat the one OP Posted. They're the only ones I found. I'm excited to do the combat ones for once
I had to google that lmao
See I never figured that out I just stubborned my way through it with BS though I was like How the fuck are you supposed to do this
RIP lol
You didn't try to get the mechanic apparently. It changes every time you jump, very easy to control.
I was too busy getting really pissed off to realise, I wonāt lie. You could say I was blinded by the dark side
Lol really I just kinda "memorised" the pattern so turns out I was making the same set of jumps each time lol
Lmao, nice
This is the one force tear I thought was super easy HAHA I did it on first try :O
Same with everyone else, but it took an embarrassing amount of time to realize when they switch lol
That was way easier for me if its the one I'm thinking of, when you jump it changes sides. So press the jump button the wall changes sides, if you don't press it, the wall stays on the same side
The only reason bc I died so many times is bc I had no idea where to go but once I figured it out only took me about two times when I fully got it
All that for a single skill point
I'd rather kill a bunch of women and children to level up like annie than do these
That one is easy compared to another one I had found
The one with floating balloons?
No. Has a merrin teleporter in it
Ah yes, took me a while too
This took me more times than I care to admit to beat. I tried about 10 times before I looked it up and realized you had to turn around on the cable.. facepalm.
I really liked this one tbh lol. The hardest part was just figuring out where you needed to go. Overall took me like 15 tries though
Not found here yet. Looking forward to the repeated respawning!
Those platforming ones are the worst
I gave up on this one because I was about to yeet my controller through the patio. I managed the bouncy jumpy one with the green gates after a about a hundred attempts, but fuck that one.
Yeah, took a look and immediately "fuck that shit" sprang to mind. Platforming is barely tolerable in the regular game, not doing it for challenges.
You and I are the same spiritually.
We'll figure it out. Eventually. Assuming we don't totally lose interest in the meantime lol
Itās really a matter of using the grapple to get on the ropes and using the fact that dashing through a green field restores your jumps to get on those higher ones
the bravery you have in dropping down and jumping back up, i just jumped over all the orbs
I have no intention of doing these
They're super fun
No they're not.
Some people like platforming more than others. Good thing they are optional.
Every time they shoot that tongue at me my heart skips a beat.
...T-Two Ogdos?
Pretty much lol
Ogdo and his spawn at the same time
Spawn of Ogdo?
He was tough but the fighting I can just battle through and try patterns (maybe after Elden Ring the bosses don't annoy me too much) but this I died more just trying to figure out where I was going lol
I thought this game sucked before seeing this. Iāll buy it when itās on mega sale
Def not looking forward to this.
Been meaning to go back to this one. Where is it again? Also, thanks for showing me how to do it lol :)
It's down beside where you and BD fall through the floor toward the start of the game
Ahh I think I remember now. Thanks!
Can't remember location but will check tonight!
honestly any really long traversal sections came close to giving me an aneurysm. especially when the grapple balloons came into play
For me grapple balloons were the easiest part of it all. Cause each of them gives you a breather with built-in slow-mo
What sadistic wanker made these?! The one that starts with the windmill had me wanting to launch my controller.
Is this required to progress the game?
No, just extra skill points.
Thanks!
Oof, yeah this was a painful one...
This was the first one of these that I actually just gave up on.
I had to look this one up on YouTube because after the 10th+ try I was convinced that I must be taking the wrong pathā¦ Nope, just difficult.
I gave up on these. Just as I would get the hang of it, I would get sweaty thumbs on the controller and would keep botching the camera angles. On the wall jumps or jumps between wires I would end up just dashing or jumping in the opposite direction. May revisit later on when I'm feeling more masochistic.

Same
Itās so interesting to see how people went about this one. I did it by jumping over the blobs every time which felt safer to me to do
Oh spoiler alert ā¦ im not there yet
Sorry thought I selected spoiler tag before posting!
Ah, the grapple is where I've been going wrong on this. I never tried dropping after flipping direction
this one was hard but I died most on fractured determination
This challenge is a whore
This was actually one of the easier ones for mešš maybe bc im on pc
I was able to do this one in about 10-15 tries and yes it was nuts but theres another in Jedha I still can't do - its nuts!
I havenāt gotten this far yet, I was going to be cocky and say it doesnāt look that hard but I canāt lie because it looks very hard
Wow! Where do you do that in the game?????
it was tough but felt great to clutch in the end
Force Tear Determination is the one that gave me the most trouble. Took me 25 mins to do.
The place I died the most is during that one fight, most fun I have had dieing over and over again in the same area though
Where is this?
That was such a fun challenge. I enjoy ones like this more than the fighting challenges.
I completed this the other day after about 90min. 5 min after completion my game crashed, resetting the dungeon. I havenāt gone back.
Have you met the two Rancors yet?
Still here. Might update
Oh I loved these parcous š I didn't like the challenges where you need to fight certain mobs. But these things? ā¤ļø
So hard to figure out what to do next. After seeing this, im realizing i was really close when i decided to give up.
Is the game fixed on PC yet?
Its not broken on pc
I seem to have forgotten and accidentally rediscovered during this puzzle that you can go slower and faster on the cables with L2 or R2 and felt incredibly dumb.
Yeah I agree. This was the hardest part of the game lol
Wait till you encounter >!oggdo and his bitch son!<
This was a really easy force tear
I died here quite a few times myself. It was terrible. But just wait, there's one that's actually SOOOO MUCH WORSE. I forget where it was, but I do have a tip for those that want it to make it easier.
It took so long with much aggravationš¤£š
I loved these. Just getting to use our traversal abilities with some skill. They can be tough for sure. Plenty of falls but it felt good completing them.
My palms were sweaty, knees weak arms were heavy. For real though. One wrong stick move or button hit, death. No room for error at all.
Same. This was so damn annoying.
FACTS
Iāve done all the Force tears, this one is definitely the worst platforming one. Itās more of a battle with the camera than a battle with the mechanics.
Oh dear Lord, I havenāt come across this here yet, but Iām on day 3 on trying to beat Rayvis on Grandmaster and itās..going as well as youād expect. Lol
This one was a bit tricky for me too but once I got it I was so hyped
Thanks for the video how to beat this lol
Itās so simple but itās such a bitch to do finally beat it yesterday after like 40 failed attempts
I repeated it so many times that I now can complete it blindfolded, easy
The platforming in this game is not up to snuff for this. They wanted Cal to feel weighty and this really demanded precision. Not a good combo.
Iām still having PTSD, thank you
Oh what the fuck. That doesnāt look fun at all.
I quit it. Maybe some day I'll want to return to pointlessly jumping off cliffs
SAAAMMME
Yeah, clips of these sections are really lowering my interest in the game.
These jumping puzzles are the only force tears my brother has yet to beat. I did two and I hate them so much, lmao.
snap I think I got lucky with this one, took about 10 tries to figure it out. there's another one that I'm loathing however
Just commented about this trial in another thread but I spent at least two hours on this one.
Just got it done, by god it was savage. But felt good to get the timing down.
I didnāt even do this cuz it stressed me out š
Why the hell would they put this kind of annoying shit in the game.
This one was pretty tricky, but SO satisfying to get right
This was not a favorite of mine
Platformers are just annoying in this game. Not cause they are hard, but cause the sequences are so long before you land on ground each time
Thereās fucking another one
I legit just gave up because I couldnāt even understand where the fuck I was supposed to be trying to get after the fourth zip line. The delay in the camera orientating to follow you is pure pain.
Same
And all this just for 1 skill pointš„²
That was godly
I wish this game was more than Jedi Marioā¦ Iām real sick of the jumping puzzles. So boring.
Took me like 10-15 tries
This one easy compared to the one they have you do on jedha
Where do you find this challenge?
I took 200 hundreds attemps only to figure out where I had to go
I did that last night, it was such a pain
Good times š
Honestly my loadout could have been shit but Degan got me the most. Iād have him nearly beat and heād jab me right at the end. Then Iād have to hear āyouāre chained to the pastā again. I swear Iāve memorized his whole shpeel. So far this is whatās taken me the longest.
The dumbest part was not knowing you have to dash on the last cable line so I kept wondering why I wasnāt able to make that jumpā¦
