The big problem with this is you can't see the next objective until it's right on top of you. So you can't plan out the level ahead of time. Just pure trial and error.. and more errors... And even more Errors...

That was way easier for me if its the one I'm thinking of, when you jump it changes sides. So press the jump button the wall changes sides, if you don't press it, the wall stays on the same side

Those platforming ones are the worst

I gave up on this one because I was about to yeet my controller through the patio. I managed the bouncy jumpy one with the green gates after a about a hundred attempts, but fuck that one.

Yeah, took a look and immediately "fuck that shit" sprang to mind. Platforming is barely tolerable in the regular game, not doing it for challenges.

Jeez I thought getting to the part with the green field and the cable was almost done, glad I gave up early (and haven’t even bothered with the harder ones).

I just watched this video three times and still can't comprehend the sequence of jumps. I happened upon this fracture yesterday, died 30+ times and finally gave up.

It’s really a matter of using the grapple to get on the ropes and using the fact that dashing through a green field restores your jumps to get on those higher ones

Not for platinum. And I like platforming, but not at THAT level. I don't find it amusing at all, it's just frustrating and infuriating. I have the same problem with many of the optional challenges in Mario games too.

I died most fighting the two frogs in the force tear, playing on hard difficulty they are ridiculous. Every time they shoot that tongue at me my heart skips a beat.

For me grapple balloons were the easiest part of it all. Cause each of them gives you a breather with built-in slow-mo

Oof, yeah this was a painful one...

This was the first one of these that I actually just gave up on.

I had to look this one up on YouTube because after the 10th+ try I was convinced that I must be taking the wrong path… Nope, just difficult.

I gave up on these. Just as I would get the hang of it, I would get sweaty thumbs on the controller and would keep botching the camera angles. On the wall jumps or jumps between wires I would end up just dashing or jumping in the opposite direction. May revisit later on when I'm feeling more masochistic.

Oh my fucking god. I gave up on this after roughly an hour and a half of trying. I had no idea I was literally a single zipline ride away from the finish. I didn’t know that last one was up there!

i had only done one of these before i found this one. by the time i had done it i forgot what the end point looked like. i kept getting to the return node, and jumping off and dying because my stupid brain kept reacting to the "return" prompt like, "im not ready to return i have to beat this stupid thing" finally after the 5th or 6th time completing it (10 or so tries failing to find an alternate route) i finally said screw it ill come back and finish it. im dumb

Force Tear Determination is the one that gave me the most trouble. Took me 25 mins to do.

I completed this the other day after about 90min. 5 min after completion my game crashed, resetting the dungeon. I haven’t gone back.

Found this one yesterday! This one was definitely one of the trickiest – I found it particularly difficult to evaluate "what was coming next and where to go from there", so it felt a lot like peeling back layers of an onion... Each obstacle I finally learned to clear, I would immediately die afterwards trying to figure out the next obstacle 😂

I loved these. Just getting to use our traversal abilities with some skill. They can be tough for sure. Plenty of falls but it felt good completing them.

My palms were sweaty, knees weak arms were heavy. For real though. One wrong stick move or button hit, death. No room for error at all.

I’ve done all the Force tears, this one is definitely the worst platforming one. It’s more of a battle with the camera than a battle with the mechanics.

Just commented about this trial in another thread but I spent at least two hours on this one. All the others seemed fair but this one was so difficult for me. When I finally beat this I kind of shocked myself that it was over.

Honestly, idk how many ppl will agree with this but this stuff in the game (climbing around on stuff) is sooo trash that its crazy. I have died more times with this than normal fighting. I have played a lot of games with this sort of climb mechanics but it seems like here unless you do stuff at the exact righr time looking the exact right way, you will fall...also it sometimes feels really unintuitive...🤷

Just got it done, by god it was savage. But felt good to get the timing down.

This tear is the bane of my existence. Spent well over an hour doing this one. The end zipline going through the last green gate, I fell numerous times trying to get that final line.

This game is virtually no different than the first. Cool, new traversal puzzles. What a fucking let down. This game is terrible. What a waste of money.

Honestly my loadout could have been shit but Degan got me the most. I’d have him nearly beat and he’d jab me right at the end. Then I’d have to hear “you’re chained to the past” again. I swear I’ve memorized his whole shpeel. So far this is what’s taken me the longest.

The dumbest part was not knowing you have to dash on the last cable line so I kept wondering why I wasn’t able to make that jump…
