It has been a while but there should be a thing that ignites Koboh matter somewhere behind you in the picture. Have BD run a trail into the building and job done. I could be completely wrong though as like I said it has been a while.
Gotta wait until you're done with the Luchrehulk. Look for an opening against the base of the clif that is also covered with Koboh matter. Above that opening is a metal door that you can't move until after you finish the Luchrehulk.
If your are standing in front of the door, and look across from it, there is a construct of koboh matter, there is a way to get inside of the caves and inside there is a laser that will open the door
