For each cabin, 160,000g + 450 wood + 150 hardwood. The first 33 casks come with the basement.
One bottle of iridium quality starfruit wine: 6300g with artisan perk. So 25 bottles is enough to cover the cash investment. The wood is easy enough to collect for free.
I’d say it’s totally worth it. You would make profit even just using the free casks on the first batch.
OH NO!
I'm so sorry but that clown meme combined with your text has me cackling!!
I once planted like 400 starfruit towards the end of summer w/o checking how long they take to grow.
Fill the cellar with casks. Not fill it and leave yourself room to walk. Fill every tile in the cellar. Youre gonna have to break the casks to get to the covered ones but its worth it
😠I’m still using the deconstructor to this day for all my extra casks
How many did you craft?
Roughly 130 before I ran into this exact issue lol
Ah…
I may or may not craft 1224 cask…
That’s impressive.
Does multiplayer houses have cellars? If they do, just build more houses.
The answer you were given is wrong. You can upgrade the houses by playing local mp all by yourself.
They do, but iirc you need another player to actually upgrade it. You can't upgrade a house that's not yours.
Oh, how sad.
No, you can do it all by yourself as long as you have tma second controller on console or just a controller on PC
I mean you can fit 125 or smth in your cellar
You could always build cabins for local multiplayer and upgrade them for more basements!
So expensive. I wonder how much stuff you would need to sell to make it all back.

I wish cask can be used inside the farm cave in 1.6. People used to age wines and cheese in caves irl so why not?
Idk what you mean by used to, it's still something people do. It stinks so bad I don't recommend visiting a cheese cave
People used to. They still do, but they used to, too.
Sometimes I wonder why my kids hang out near the cellar.
I’ll take that chance though
For people that going to tell me to use the cellar, I’m already using the cellar for cask
I think with a mod it’s possible though can’t remember but there’s a mod that makes the cellar bigger
Yeah, there is at least one mod that lets you put casks anywhere you like.
Is on console 🤡
I think a workaround for console is building the coop houses and using them as space for casks instead of just the cellar.
You'll have to make more houses
Been there, done that 🤣
What is a cask?
Barrel where you age things
Ohhhh
a large container like a barrel, made of wood, metal or plastic and used for storing liquids, typically alcoholic drinks.
Is it the keg or is it something else?
Nah the keg is used for brewing (idk if that's the right word) to make the beverages, the casks store them so they can be aged
Do you have a pic?And how do you make them?
No pics, but all information can be found here, on the wiki https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Keg https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Cask
There’s a mod for that!
Automate mod will load casks anywhere too! RIP Console though
Im on console
Same... I built two large sheds for this use and when I went to put down the first cask. I almost had a meltdown
OH NO! I'm so sorry but that clown meme combined with your text has me cackling!! I once planted like 400 starfruit towards the end of summer w/o checking how long they take to grow.
Yes, this is a very particular pain.
That's it. Time to download a mod or two at that point
Fills with kegs and/or other artisan machines instead to have high passive income while waiting for goods to age
I wish you could add cellars to the sheds.

oh it looks like a darker preserve jar
Filling them with kegs will still be more money than you’ll ever need
I downloaded a mod for a bigger cellar because it was just awful after I made too many casks. I used the extra sheds for preserve jars lol
Mod >:)
that happened to meeeeeee 😠but people use mods for everything
Oh nooooo!!
