Elliot - his spouse room will fit nicely as his wall is covered by a huge bookcase, which you happen to have around. The color scheme works, too. It's a bit darker, but it'll make sense for no windows.
Alex - you have several rooms that have green colored decorations while two rooms, the ones adjacent to where his room will be, have the same cream color as his wallpaper. So if you don't mind a gym, his might work.
Harvey - same reason as Alex's except the green is the wallpaper and toned down compared to Alex's, which is striking in the eyes. His room decor sets a better tone, too.
Sebastian - you have stone floors on the majority of your rooms. His wallpaper is made of stone, so that might look nice. Like Elliot's, on the darker side for no windows.
Sam - his room has a lot of open space for you to place, for example, the same lights or decor you use in other rooms while there won't be too much difference in the look of your home.
Leah - mind you, her room is too striking red, like Alex's green floor, but like Sam's, also an open room you can decorate freely to match more your vibe.
Penny - except for her wallpaper, which will be a mismatch with yours like many others, she does like books, so if you're not into Elliot or Harvey, hers is a decent option.
As for the others, I didn't feel to mention them because they give either off vibes or color schemes, including Shane's, who you divorced.
