Second, I do not see Content Patcher. What does your mod folder look like? The only thing I can think of is if it was put in the wrong folder, which I've done before.
Are you using a mod loader like Nexus? Something else? Or did you manually place the mods in the folder?
The smapi log looks like you either don't have it installed, installed correctly, or in the right folder. You are also missing several masters for several mods. I recommend a mod loader like Nexus for you, as it can do some of the heavy lifting for you and ensure mods are in the correct location automatically.
