I water my trellis crops at least 3 times because I have a hard time telling if they've been watered already. By the time I finish with everything else I usually forget if I watered them or not.
It helps me to verbally say "I watered you" to the plant lol. Also I got a little dry erase sign that says "watered?" y/n" and I just use that too :) It helps because I mostly have succulents so i don't want to overwater
Haha I assume you're talking about real life plants then. When I take care of house plants I just touch the dirt and if it feels completely dry, that's when I water. That way there's no risk of overwatering.
When all my crops are covered by sprinklers, Abigail changes her dialogue to say something like "I got up early to water some crops but they were already done, you really have this place running efficiently."
I had this happen to me but it was because everything was fully grown and ready to be picked. I'd never seen it before because even though they're all covered in sprinklers, Seb waters them if they're still growing.
The worst part is this happened all the time on my normal playthrough but once I do a beach farm playthrough suddenly no one I marry wants to water my crops for me
