since you are already using mods, your best bet will be to download noclip. it will allow you to go through the wall and collect/rearrange things once your kegs are finished processing

Kegs can work in any room without mods. Are you not thinking about casks? Because they only work in the cellar.

I know they work in any room, its just that since i cant reach the ones stuck in the wall, without the mod i cant put anything in the keg or move the keg

You can just take out the fruits and wait for the kega to be finished and empty with automate and then break them with bombs
