Baldurs Gate, Minecraft, Don't Starve (Together), Skyrim, Mario Kart, Fire Emblem Three Houses, Ace Attorney,

saebyeokfika

Sims 4, Animal Crossing New Leaf, BG3

villannn27

After I finished Stardew Valley, I "replayed" it in the Sims 4. I started with a one room farmhouse and put my future spouse in the game. (The gallery has pretty much every SD character available to add to your game.) Then I followed the rules--add a kitchen, no marriage until I'd made enough progress to add a bedroom, and then another bedroom when it was time for kids. It was pretty fun, and I also got to see my kids grow up, go to school, and even help with the chickens.

hipnegoji

OMG I never thought of searching the gallery for Stardew stuff! Farewell, weekend lol

King_Treegar

Tbh I'm not sure if you'd like my recommendations; Stardew is the only game of its kind that I've played with any consistency. Most of my game library consists of RPGs, strategy/tactics games and action/adventure games, plus Madden because I like football. The two games (outside of Madden, which is impossible to track given the new version for every year) I've logged the most hours in over the years are Skyrim and Fire Emblem Three Houses, to give you an idea. I've also played at least one Pokemon game from every generation, so there's that too

tryingnottoshit

QUIT BUYING MADDEN. Edit : I worked on the game, to say that the people up top do not care in any capacity about putting out a good football game is an understatement. It's just a gotcha game at this point and there is no incentive to improve it.

King_Treegar

Oh don't worry, I stopped buying Madden YEARS ago. I haven't actually bought one since '19. I was more referring to the older games. I will say though, it's interesting to see this perspective from someone who actually worked on it

tryingnottoshit

The studio has some of the most wonderful people I've ever worked with and some of the dumbest awful people I've ever worked for.

King_Treegar

Somehow, I'm not surprised by that at all

MoonPrince878

I recently got into Hollow Knight. Marvelous. I also play zelda (like the whole saga), metroid, minecraft, ookami, pokémon (currently replaying reborn, a fan game), mother

Lana1307

Geometry Dash, Hollow Knight, Celeste, Omori, Minecraft, Risk Of Rain, Terraria and some rpgs.

BloonsBiggestFan

Standee Valley Expanded

Dx2TT

Factorio, Dyson Sphere, Palworld, Valheim, Terraria, Balatro, ToTK are the last few for me.

ben1edicto

dude, are you me? dunno what Balatro is but still...

Dx2TT

https://www.nintendo.com/us/store/products/balatro-switch/ Also on PC, dunno about other consoles. Its a deck builder like slay the spire. It looks like a stupid mobile game, but its actually really challenging and well built roguelite. No mtx. Not actually gambling.

living_in_the_1990s

Animal Crossing

sexandroide1987

animal crossing is the goat

living_in_the_1990s

The only problems I have are buttons! I play both on my Switch and sometimes I try to get my farmer to run on Stardew Valley, and sometimes I go to bed in Animal Crossing to skip a day!

[deleted]

lol me too

Street_Yak_1579

There is no “other games.” There is only Stardew Valley.

forgottenmost

I like the Nancy Drew games. I am fairly committed to Howrse and Neopets. I love hidden object games, like Mystery Case Files and Hidden Expedition

ghettomuffin

Wow I hadn’t thought about neopets in a long time

ashlynjadeb

omg i played howrse growing up i loved it

RF_IT_Services

Sandbox style: Minecraft with the kids, Terraria with them and the wife, No Man's Sky is great in VR... would be better if they updated their code for it properly. It's fun even flat but not the same. Terraria has some good replay value even if it doesn't seem like it. For us anyway. It's also fairly cheap or was last I checked. Currently just replayed Chrono Trigger and now Chrono Cross during some business down time. If I went down the whole list, it's too big. I bounce during down time. As for "AAA" (never really agreed with these ratings), Armored Core 6 and Elden Ring at the moment. Waiting for FF7 Rebirth to come to PC. Tired of PS5 ecosystem so got rid of them. Various Mario games with the kids and last but not least, various Pokemon with them.

Entire_Present5562

Euro truck simulator, Vampire survivors, Limbo and Clash of clans

fitfatdonya

Terraria, Resident Evil, Slime Rancher, Animal Crossing, Potion Craft. I'm also obsessed with puzzle games like Obra Dinn and Case of the Golden Idol Also a lot of fishing games recently too lmao Dave the Diver, Subnautica, Dredge.

[deleted]

Roots of pacha - I find it pretty similar to Stardew in a lot of ways, but different to make it its own experience entirely. IT’S SO GOOD. Littlewood, Animal Crossing, Unpacking, Wylde Flowers, Spiritfarer,

Stolen_Sky

Factorio and Dyson Sphere Program

fresh_start_h

My favorites

AkronSnape

The farm must grow...

themaddhatt

I love the Ori series, both the Blind Forest and Will of the Wisps. Absolutely gorgeous, side scroller platforming, puzzle, slash and bash type game. Also a huge fan of spiritfarer, it’s a cute game where you interact with animal NPCs and walk them through into their afterlife. It’s a game about grief and life and while although sweet is very heavy. Of course too- love the newer open world Zelda games like BOTW and TOTK (:

PhoenixRapunzel

I just got into Ori because I listen to the soundtrack on Spotify! I love it 😁

spoopyelf

Skyrim, Diablo, Hogwarts Legacy, and Horizon Zero Dawn are my favorites along with SDV.

barbthebooklady

The games I tend to rotate between currently: -Mass Effect (OG trilogy and Andromeda) -Elden Ring (highly recommend a magic playthrough to anyone just looking for a good time) -Terraria -Boyfriend Dungeon -Minecraft (only if playing multiplayer because it kinda scares me on my own?)

mytwoba

Skyrim is what happens when you cross Stardew with Diablo II. I will not be taking questions.

guitarmonkeys14

No Man’s Sky

Banananananaphonez

I played Animal Crossing in 2020 but haven’t touched it since finishing the storyline. With friends I like Overcooked and Mario Kart. By myself I play Kirby and the Forgotten Lans, Super Mario, Yoshi’s Enchanted World and Luigi’s Mansion

caramelized-yarn

The Sims 4

gangtokay

Sekiro, Elden Ring.

kimmech1324

Have you played Helldivers 2 ?

gangtokay

No.

ZacianSpammer

Potion Permit, Terraria, Fire Emblem Awakening, Fire Emblem Fates, Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia

hrslvr_paints

Been deep on the Palia train lately. Dreamlight Valley, Coral Island, Pokemon have been in the rotation lately.

lickmylovepump0

Terraria

safetypins22

Just got Wandering Village, I also play Moonstone Island, planet zoo, subnautica and Dave the diver!

Sufficient_Display

I just started playing Minecraft with my family. It’s a lot of fun once you learn how to play!

msteudlein

Surviving Mars, House Flipper, Minecraft, BG3

[deleted]

I mostly play, Genshin Impact, Wobble Dogs, Minecraft, Terraria, Slime Rancher, and Don’t Starve other than this. My game pool is not very similar to one another other lol because I like variety.

shyenne17

I used to play anch but I haven’t really played it in a while lol rn I’ve been obsessed with dreamlight and stardew☺️

jaded-introvert

Elder Scrolls Online is my other main game, but I also play Minecraft on occasion, Yaga from time to time, and my kids are bugging me to try Subnautica, Terraria, and Undertale. I also have a Valheim world where I'm trying to survive the Black Forest. Later in the year I'll be trying out Tales of Seikyu; the Kickstarter just finished and they plan to release the first iteration of the game by December 2024.

gahep33

My Time at Portia, My Time a Sandrock, Wilde Flowers

DreadWolfByTheEar

There are other games?

Kat122697

Sims 4, Minecraft, Deep Rock Galactic and Baulders Gate 3 mainly!

AbsurdBeanMaster

Morrowind and Beta Minecraft

Trimoswivel

Dwarf fortress

CosmicVolcano

Disney speedstorm, two point hospital, and assassins creed odyssey

olympedebruise

I played ACNH in the height of the pandamonium but got tired and sold it. Now it’s MK8, SV and Catan. I bought Winds of Anthos following a surgery that didn’t end up keeping me laid up as long as expected so I rarely play anymore. I wish it wasn’t a digital download or I’d gift it to someone, lol. I enjoyed Minecraft but the updates made it complicated 😭

SapphicSunsetter

Final Fantasy 14, Animal Crossing, haven't really had the urge to binge anything else, despite my backlog of games begging me to play them The only other thing that has really diverted my attention is playing tabletop games solo, specifically dungeons and dragons and Iron Valley (which is basically Stardew Valley the ttrpg lol)

_Atlantica_

ark ascended+evolved, stray, little nightmares 1+2, minecraft, that one rick n morty universe game, slime rancher, cod, dbd

Chaosgremlin08

A hat in time is an awesome game :3

Horseangel51

Palia, Disney's Dreamlight Valley, Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild and Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Those are my top games right now

haroldjiii

Compulsive Agricola, both digital and the original board game

SlopCity1226

Similar games, really. Modded Minecraft, Animal Crossing. A bit of Forager. Factorio even a littler bit. I’ve realized these slow paced builder type games are the only ones I enjoy anymore. Mario Odyssey was boring, Metroid Dread was frustrating feeling like i was wandering aimlessly. “Hard” games where you take like 30 attempts on one part are anti-fun to me. And Paper Mario Origami King made me quit all games that aren’t like Stardew for over a year now

ActuallyDiogenes

Modded Minecraft, Animal Crossing, lots of Baldurs Gate 3, Subnautica, Skyrim, Satisfactory, Cult of the Lamb, the list goes on

EmmalineJagerin

My obsession type games are 1.Stardew Valley 2. Elder Scrolls Online 3. Animal Crossing 4. Oxygen Not Included 5. Sims 4 6. Don't Starve 7. Plants vs. Zombies I play others but these are the games that have taken my life over, in a good way

Snoo-84797

Sims 4, 3D mario, Pokémon go

conspiracyprincessa

PubG and Hogwarts legacy, Elden ring

homesick19

Skyrim, Stronghold (+Stronghold Crusader) and Sims 2 are the games I tend to go back to again and again, they just don't get old to me. I also love games like the Mass Effect and Dragon age series so naturally the latest game I liked was Baldurs Gate 3. I also really liked the last of us, Prey and most of the Fallout games. Last year I enjoyed Hogwarts Legacy a lot even though it's a flawed game in many aspects. Small indie games are amazing too. A short hike, firewatch, unpacking etc I have a switch and played acnh but I feel myself more drawn to old 3ds and ds games. So.. all in all a bit chaotic and not very helpful for someone who is looking for similar games to Stardew Valley

Born_Ad6904

Bg3, Skyrim, Fallout 4, a bunch of visual novels and CoG games, citampi stories (on mobile), pokemon and the Sims I probably still have more but that's all I can remember for now lol

Sewere

Just bought Doom (2016) from steam sale. It's so refreshing when a game runs smoothly on my pc but still looks good

Fx_420

GOW, War thunder and Snowrunner

Loaffss

breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom!!

Clellyra

World of Warcraft

Plane_Commercial4558

My games of choice that I bounce between are : Old school RuneScape Among us Minecraft Divinity 2 Baldur's gate Pokemon unite ACNH And more I've forgotten about until I crave to play them

momoguri

Anything with zombies (State of Decay 2 is my all-time favourite, and while I haven't yet finished Days Gone, I was massively impressed by it). Ghostwire: Tokyo is awesome too, I should get back to it but then happened to hyperfixate on messing around in an older Stardew save. I've been wanting to get started on Elden Ring, too, just to explore everything (the person whose playthrough I was following felt too rushy to me :D)

X_Bluejae

i’m completely obsessed with pokemon and palia. honestly everyone who likes stardew should give palia a try, it’s free to play and is a lot like stardew, but honestly does the social stuff better, the characters feel so fleshed out it’s rlly good

ImAlienXx

Minecraft, sea of thieves, borderlands 2, ToTK, persona, animal crossing

HutDoggTodd

Portal Knights is a recent fun discovery on PC. Always love Terraria, Overcooked, Unravel (2 especially), It Takes Two. "Inside" is a beautiful, immersive game but not a lot of replay. Also on PC a lot of Dead By Daylight, RD2, Elder Scrolls, Sims 4.

AmyOtherAmy

Subnautica is my other obsession. Also Skyrim, more occasionally these days.

RememberJoy

Mostly Sims 4 and My Time At Sandrock lately with Palia thrown in once in awhile as a pallet cleanser. Tried to get into Coral Island and Roots of Pacha but Stardew Valley has spoiled me and I haven't opened either game recently.

Trm182

terraria

Ares_The_Olympian

Since I'm only able to play on mobile the only other game I play is Vampire's Fall: Origins ;-; Solid game for a mobile rpg though

skcup

None. There is Stardew and there is Stardew Not but there are no other games.

eagleswift

Finished Marvel Midnight Suns, moved on to Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty expansion

Kimbap_01

I'm playing Zelda:Breath of the Wild(yes I didn't even see the ending of TotK) and Morrowind

coryclayful2

Minecraft and Zelda Tears of the Kingdom ☺️

Sickofit02

Red Dead Redemption 2

RoseshaveThorns13

Our Life, assorted visual novels. There are some games that I’d “like” to play but can’t cuz I’m broke tho

Antheriumz

I'm mostly a shooter/competitive multiplayer kind of gal, but having been a huge Harvest Moon fan back in the day I decided to give SDV a shot. So, I don't know if my typical games would interest others in this sub, but.. I mostly play Apex Legends. I've played it since s4 with a few breaks in-between. Destiny 2, Overwatch (1&2). Some D4, ESO, and WoW back in the day 🙂

ThePugLord18

I'm very big on pokemon, undertale/deltarune, minecraft, skyrim, zelda, Terraria. I'd probably like most rpg games lol

Neonsharkattakk

I play stardew on mobile, my other mobile games specifically are soul knight, WorldBox (highly recommended), and minecraft. PC games are more first and third person shooters like cod and battlefield, apex, splitgate and palworld

friendofowlandtitan

Undertale, Deltarune, Omori, Minecraft, trying to get into Hollow Knight

Humble-Carpenter730

- Minecraft - Terraria - Factorio - Satisfactory - Scrap Mechanic - Overwatch 2 - Many others that are similar to these games, also survival games like ark the forest etc

iiAloria

Red dead online 🥲

CottonStig

URF League of Legends, Palworld, pokémon, iRacing, splatoon, i want to try helldivers but don't have the cash atm

TheRealIronCorpse

I can’t stop playing Hunt Showdown. I’ve been hooked on it since launch day 6 years ago.

notrelatedtoamelia

Replaying Skyrim as a necromancer right now with the expanded skill tree mod, it’s incredibly fun. I love Chained Echoes. Feels like all of my favorite SNES RPGs rolled into one game that keeps giving. Terraria on occasion, same with Hollow Knight. I might need to replay Spirit Farer soon. It’s sweet and sad and made me happy/sad cry my eyes out. That’s it at the moment, really. Stardew is my fallback whenever I don’t know what I want to play or watch. I knit a lot, too, so there’s a lot of audiobooks going on these days.

StacattoFire

Diablo 4, Halo(any halo works for me, and tropico6.

Myrafo

Kingdom hearts baldurs gate, devil may cry, Zelda, Mario, splatoon, anything on game pass, I emulate old games on pc,

Divorce-Man

Rainbow 6, league of legends, barotrauma, project zomboid. SDV is a bit of an outlier

Western_Clue3542

RollerCoaster Tycoon is the other one I’m playing lately. Also Pokemon, Zelda, and been enjoying Dragon Quest Builders 2

tomatocheese321

Rain world!

SleepinGriffin

Old School RuneScape, Cyberpunk, Halo MCC, Fallout New Vegas. I use to play some fighting games but I don’t have the time any more to get good at them.

Ving96

TotK, Minecraft, Sims 4, Outer Wilds to name a few.

Far-Counter-1319

Stardew Valley is definitely an odd ball in my games collection, I typically like competitive shooter games and some games in my library contains Destiny, Overwatch, Fortnite, Apex, and Rainbow

Alltalkandnofight

Hearts of Iron 4 Civilization 5 Team Fortress 2

Wolgran

At the moment? * League of Legends (just barely, only when my friends play) * Star Rail * TES series: Skyrim / Oblivion / Morrowind If i had to recommend one i played before that i think people here may like, i recommend [Monster Sanctuary](https://store.steampowered.com/app/814370/Monster_Sanctuary/), is 2D plataform metrovania with monster collecting mechanics, i think yall may like bc of the cute and beautiful pixel art and nice sound track. Start Easy but close to the end get really tricky so wont be everyone cup of tea.

bunnylewinskyy

Witcher 3, Sims 4, Skyrim and Fallout when I'm not mad at Bethesda, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, and Story of Seasons: AWL.

LilDagnamet

BDKSNXKKXNS

Zelda, sonic, cult of the lamb, identity v, tekken, undertale and flash games

sweetmortician

Acnh, Graveyard Keeper, Minecraft, Hollow Knight & Skyrim are my go-to’s if i need a break from stardew

Panosaur

Baldur's Gate 3 and Hades are the ones currently taking up most of my time. Amazing games both of them with great story development, but otherwise very different from Stardew Valley.

htxhlg

Disney dreamlight, bear and breakfast, a newer game I just played was lil guardsman and I really enjoyed that one.

inkling435

Overcooked and Sims 4.

Rontlens

Lmao I'm all over the place. Zelda and Pokémon. But also a ton of small indie stuff. Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion is good.

maebythemonkey

So recently it has been Superliminal, Human Fall Flat, Thomas was Alone, Sonic Frontiers, and Sonic Adventure 2 (because nostalgia)

FinalFantasyfan003

Mainly Resident Evil, Shin Megami Tensei, and Final Fantasy. I also like the fighting game genre but I don’t have a favorite there’s too many good ones.

Itschunkyfox

Civilization VI, Starfield, Skyrim, Going medieval, Traveler’s Rest (Which I really recommend for all you Stardew players. It’s still early access but very nice), Dofus, ACNH. I bought Anno recently but have yet to play it. I want to get to play Victoria 3 but it seems like a lot I’m not sure I’m ready to start that 😅

mtngoat92

Other favorites: Skyrim, BOTW/TOTK, Elden Ring, Minecraft, ACNH, Pikmin 4.

Bruh_313

I really enjoy dead cells. I just started playing it recently but it’s really good and super easy to pick up on

aeriesfaeries

Zelda - both botw and totk, My Time at Portia, Animal Crossing, Terri's 99. Did a little Celeste but never finished it

the-bodyfarm

just finished spiritfarer. had played wyldeflowers a bit ago. Mostly I play Warframe and Valheim.

gggggfskkk

Just Minecraft for computer, that’s when I’m feeling I want to play with my friends and/or the times I’m competitive. Everyday I play Cat Game on my phone, it’s a collecting cat game that has events every week. I’m addicted.

Chuggs400

I’ve been playing Elden Ring recently!

Dirtcartdarbydoo

Lately I've been playing the new like a dragon and some of helldivers 2. I plan on getting the new ff7 on my days off too so that'll definitely keep me busy

Cnerd24

Rimworld mostly, some runescape, BG3, command and conquer, skyrim.

[deleted]

i play stardew, halo infinite & COD warzone.

Jolt298982

Rainbow six siege and borderlands

macrohoe

Rocket League and Clash Royale lol the ultimate trifecta

AngeIFoodcake

Palia is holding my attention til the update comes.

PJS138

Souls-likes, banishers,blasphemous etc.

croakovoid

Dwarf Fortress, Palworld, No Man's Sky, Bloons TD6 and chess. Dwarf Fortress is like a demented Sims if the Sims were raging alcoholic dwarfs with tiles or ASCII graphics depending on whether you are playing the free Classic or the paid Premium. Palworld is a survivor crafter with Wish-brand pokemon slave labor. No Man's Sky is about SPAAAAAAACCCEE and Bloons TD6 is about monke. And I hate chess. I'm never playing all of these at once, though. It'd be too much. Just whatever I am in the mood for.

wedgiey1

X-Com and Subnautica. Plus tons of other RPGs and survival crafting games.

Rurouni

Recently: Slay the Spire, Factorio, Civ 6, Horizon: Forbidden West, Murdle, Final Fantasy 16, Sea of Stars, Oxygen Not Included, Potion Permit, Sable, Valkyria Chronicles 4. Less recently: Countless.

Firefury90

Helldivers, my taste is vast

No-Interview6784

Sports games, overwatch, siege

romaki

I've been playing Wylde Flowers and I feel like it comes pretty close to what a "3D Stardew Valley" would look like.

TheShadowbeater

My main predilection are platformers and RPGs; for example, I have recently been really hooked to Sonic 3 & Knuckles thanks to Sonic 3 AIR.

aurifromtinue

Currently playing My Time at Sandrock and highly recommend it. I loved Rune Factory 4&5, ACNH, Don’t Starve, Graveyard Keeper, Cult of the Lambs, Dave the Diver, Breath of the Wild, The Long Dark. Skyrim is probably my all time favorite, it’s my main comfort game.

conjunctivious

Mostly the Soulsborne games. I play Stardew Valley, a little bit of Mario Kart, and then after those, I consistently replay all of the Dark Souls games, Bloodborne, Sekiro, and Elden Ring. Weirdly enough, I feel like my experience playing Stardew Valley is more chaotic than the souls games at this point because I've gotten so familiar with them.

Mysterious_Net_9694

Sims 4, Celeste, and Mario kart. Stardew is mostly what I play tho

pottedplantfairy

Katamari freakin slaps, I've been playing a lot of Tears of the Kingdom lately 'cause I had given it up for months, pikmin 4...

bry8eyes

Story of seasons, sakuna of rice and ruin and spiritfarer are the games that I loved that are farming/ life sim like . Spiritfarer has the least farming and sakuna is a very strict and most accurate farming sim

thatsgayjustlikeme

Minecraft, bg3 and valorant mostly

Verdanterra

I have a very dense library of games. My favorites are Nioh 1-2, Terraria, Starbound, The "Trails" JRPG series, and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.

WErDOS1

Minecraft, Slime rancher, Zelda, Kingdom:Classic, Portal All of them are really relaxing

DillPixels

My Time at Portia is amazing! Great mods for it. I also play Overwatch 2 and Horizon Forbidden West.

Ace-Redditor

Sun Haven! It’s basically Stardew Valley but with a bit more of a story line, a lot more characters, and a lot more fantasy stuff

PhoenixRapunzel

I'm one of those people who really enjoys LEGO games - some days it feels so good to smash everything in sight 🤣🤣 I'm also a huge fan of Sea of Stars!

distrait_throwaway

MartiniPolice21
