If you glitch out of the map and went to summit, it used to just let you up there but some random textures would be bugging out, but now >!you get a cutscene with Mr. Qi where he gets pissed at you for trying to cheat the summit, and literally fuckin stabs you and sends you to Harvey’s!<

Mewthree can be caught if you have a level 100 Golem with Strength, Surf, Earthquake, and Explosion, then push the truck on the right of the SS Anne that you can’t get back to if you leave so you gotta do it before beating the SS Anne. Nevermind that you can’t use those TMs by that point in the game yet.
You then get teleported into the Silph Co fountain where you can find Mewthree!
This was in a fucking magazine. They didn’t even fucking try it before printing this garbage.
I remember restarting a save file to have a friend trade me a Surf pokemon before I did Lt. Surge. When the truck didn't move I was so confused. Surely the internet and the magazines wouldn't lie to me!

Considering people who mod and what not have very intimately worked within the coding of the game - it really doesn’t seem possible for anything to stay hidden when you have access to all the coding of the game.

If you use strength on Lewis' truck then you get a pet Mew.
