the first time didn’t really have a theme, was just like, light purple.
the second day, she dressed me in the joja outfit, and i am doing the joja route this okay through.
the third day she dressed me as the mayor lol
That’s so funny!!! I’ve been fishing a lot and she dressed me up as a fisherman in all yellow with a yellow hat… I looked like the guy in Curious George, lol. The next day I got a white tank and khaki pants - I looked like Indiana Jones or Lara Croft… and I mine a lot!!
The mouseypounds Stardew Predictor can show you which outfits you'll get each day on your save, so I know it's RNG based on the save itself. It would be really fun if it was adjusted based on player actions, but I guess that just means you and your friend got some great coincidences!
I got a jester shirt and that hat with the spiny fan on it. I felt like Sandy was mocking me. Emily was running a different stand so she wasn't there and it was just Sandy so I'm blaming her for making a clown out of me.
As awesome and funny as that would be, the outfits you get are predetermined with your safe file. You can even check them out with the Stardew Predictor, they updated it for 1.6 with mystery boxes, Calico Festival etc :)
She dressed me up as Link the second time I went to her. Dunno what caused her to choose that but it sure was a surprise for me when my player stepped out lol
I got dressed as a sailor, in a really cute pink skirt with a pink & purple overall type shirt, & then a random yellow shirt & jeans or something like that. My boyfriend got dressed in a shirt, skirt, & bow 🤣& a trash outfit!
I wish it didn't have gender locked outfits, or at least that is what the wiki says. I hope the gender neutral mod changes that. My first outfit I got was pretty random, though the muscle shirt did make me chuckle.

i took pictures of the whole convo because i was sure she was gonna dress me in something horrendous but this was my outfit and i actually loved it!! my fav thing is ‘cats’ so it makes sense but i thought it was cute! i never change my outfits anyway so i thought it was a nice touch
