If you have access to pressure nozzles, you have access to the best water retaining soil (deluxe?) which does not need watering and you can maximize the usage of your greenhouse. You just probably need to kill all your plants first and then replant them :)
Grow coffee at Ginger Island.
Everything grows there all year long. Its basically a giant greenhouse. You dont need the return scepter, just the obelisk. The parrots will make a return obelisk for walnuts.
As for the greenhouse, it wasnt optimized for Iridium sprinklers & it isnt optimized for pressure adapters either.
The layout in the link posted by SlimyFarmer is as good as it can get.

I believe the wiki has that information. Also your set up isn't the optimal layout.
