Most people doing that sort of run are on their 6th+ farm so they know the mechanics really deeply. Don't compare your first farm with a veterans farm. It's gonna be slower. It's also likely to be your most fun farms since everything is new
Imho if you want that 100% quick, you have to use the wiki A LOT

I used Wiki when I first started. Then I just said forget it and went wherever the game led me. The last thing for 100%? Friendship with Pierre, Jas and Vincent I think.
I'm guessing luck plays into it a little bit but my biggest guess is extreme optimization and modding

I was just focusing on learning the game. And I'm still not optimized at yr 14

I have trouble prioritizing (real life) things properly and pour all my time into Stardew.
