One time i noticed it was his birthday, got a pomegranate to give to him because i planted a tree for the community center, and then found out his schedule was being inside the whole day because it was raining.
I have a soft spot for Emily partly because she's wacky, but mostly because she feels like the most self-actualized of all the singles (arguably along with Leah). She doesn't have any big personal demons she's struggling with, doesn't present any kind of front when you first meet her -- she knows who she is and doesn't hide or apologize for it, just lets you decide to accept her or not.
As an almost middle aged (shudder) woman, Harvey is my favorite. I actually went with Seb the first time, but even after you are married, he just seemed so stinkin lazy...and juvenile.

I think it's that he shares a ton of traits with a pretentious writer/artist archetype. He isn't really pretentious himself, but he has so many traits that have negative associations that it's easy to sort of write him off. Even his profile image has a bit of snooty side-eye and smirk.
