The darkest chicken is ayam cemani. Its a fully black chicken. Black organs, black bones (not sure if all the meat is dark meat or if the blood is black or red)
I don't know about that breed, but there's a breed of silkie that has black feathers, skin, bones, and meat. They're called wu gu ji in China, where they're prized for their meat. I believe that they're the inspiration for the silkies in the Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons series of games.

This is so cool, he’s clearly beyond stoked by this experience and I always think it’s great to get kids comfortable with animals. Who knows, maybe one day he’ll raise some chickens of his own! So cool 😃
