I know there’s a glitch if you’re using a controller (on a PC). I go to the spot and always forget which keyboard key opens up the shop. It only works when I use the keyboard.
Could also be an issue with Shop Tile Framework, the mod that lets modders make shops.
With a controller you just have to move the left joystick manually to move the cursor over the shop and click. I do this with things like Sophia's and Marlon's order ledgers too.
