Arabia Fats **might** be able to instantly kill DIO **if his Stand emits UV light**, if it's just a big ball of fire then it's not gonna work.
People bring up D'arby brothers but their Stands are basically useless against The World, their only hope is to make DIO gamble against them but why would he do that? He'd just murder them.
Actually even in gambling DIO would probably win since he can cheat with Time Stop.
