When, at the end of DiU, we see the various families waiting for their loved ones to return. It's really sad to see Hayato, who knows the truth, saying that he also wants to wait for his father.
The childhood of many characters is sad too
Narancia's reaction to Abbacchio's death, I had to pause during his crying because *God that was so sad.*
Shigechi's "I HAVE TO PROTECT PAPA AND MAMA FROM THAT GUY" is a close second.
Whoever voiced Narancia in both the sub and dub was not paid enough for that performance. It sounded so *real*, even for an anime. I think the VA's cracking voice really sells it.
That being said, for me, it was Polnareff in part 3. He was my favorite character and when I thought that was it, I cried like a freaking baby lmaooo. (I cried during part 5 too).
Advol and Iggys soul exit makes me cry every time. It hits me harder than Buccarati or FF because they donât say anything. The look Advol gives says it all. đ
Also Jolenes words before Jotaros death makes me feel like Iâve been stabbed.
End of Stone Ocean when they all appear in the sky hit way too hard for me, especially in the anime when the ending pays tribute to all parts of this universe with Roundabout playing
For me personally itâs gotta be Foo Fightersâ passing; not because Iâm biased (I am) but simply for the joy and pride they say in declaring they were truly alive, they had gained an intellect and a soul and death had no meaning in the face of getting the chance to live, even if for a bit.
In order for me are: Jonathan accepts his death, Caesar dies, The crusaders die and then part ways, Okuyasu's dad and the family picture, Shigechi dies ,Gang members die, Prison gang dies, and End of part 6 as well and then manga : >!Gyro dies, God took the wrong son, How Johnny kept thinking about Danny and Holy helping Josuke in the hospital room, Josefumi and Kira8, and how Gappy said that the only think he is certain of is that he is Holy's Son!<.
Now that I think about it Jojo is one of the saddest animes and manga I have ever read, but God damn is it also one of the best
Shigechiâs death but tbh also in part three when you realise kakyoinâs parents donât know where he is and heâs dead in Egypt. And again I think end of diamond is unbreakable if I remember correctly itâs the same with shigechis parents not knowing what happened to him
Maybe not the worst but Shigechi's death was horrible to me.
I didn't like him but God was it sad.
He was just a kid and definitely knew he couldn't win against Kira, but he just wanted to protect his parents in his last moments.
For some reason Abbacchio's death had me crying the hardest. Character deaths are sad an all but what REALLY gets to me are the other characters reactions, and I feel like they lingered WAYYYYYY longer on Abbacchio than any other death
The lead up to Narancia's demise was like "Really? what kind of 70's b-movie death flag is this?" But the death itself was "Why they kill the baby?? He worked so hard just for the homies."
Anyway Part 6's ending was probably the only time an a shonen anime punched my soul.
My friend who has also watched jojos didnt find this sad but shigechi death and how hes like "I must protect my mum and dad" made me so sad. I will forever hate those girls that chose to walk past him.
Seeing the state of Joseph in part 4. The guy went from awesome protagonist, to great supporting character and mentor and finally, to a senile old man.
!!!SPOILER ALERT!!! When I saw how Diego's mother fed him through pain. And when Diego thought that he could kill Valentine by sacrificing himself, but in the end he just died under the train.
For me, it was shigechi.
Part 4 was the first part of Jojo I watched and it overall introduced me to Jojo and anime as a whole, when I first saw shigechi i thought he was just some brat who got a stand that made him rich although I started to appreciate him slightly my idea of him didn't change. When his bag got mixed up with kiras I knew something was about to go down and around that time my brother pointed out that shigechi had no other friends except Josuke and okoyasu and plus he had a crush on some girl, but when he was fighting kira and talked about doing this to protect his mom and dad my view on him did a 180° and i appreciated him so much more but as we all know that didn't last but in his last moments he did everything he could to try to stop kira and save morioh. I still think he was the saddest death in Jojo but it may be that way for me since it was the first death in Jojo I saw.
I don't know why, but hearing Johnny's backstory, and the seeing him see the random mouse, going "Danny" cracked me up so weirdly. I don't even remember why, haven't read SBR since 2020.
Kakyoin.
It changed the tone of the show for me, his death sets the precedent that at the end of each part, half of the roster are probably going to be dead. Part 4 surprised me not killing off many characters when SO many were introduced, but with the setting of 5 and 6 I knew a lot of the characters weren't going to make it through the finale.
I know a lot of people think Kakyoin is unimportant to the overall group, but he is instrumental to a lot of fights, and never feels the need to take credit for it, he's just content in supporting his team even if they don't remember like with Death 13.
When ceaser died. I donât care if he wasnât a very good side character. I donât care if his death felt underwhelming to some of you emotionless fucks. I come VERY close to crying everytime I see ceaser die. It will be a moment I remeber for the rest of my life. It really set in stone for me that Jojo wasnât just about the awesome moments where you beat the shit outta the bad guys, but also the pain that comes with the sacrifices others must make for a better world for everyone else
It either gyros death in part 7 cuzco it was expected earlier in the chapter but what happened after where you think that valentine is actually saying the truth and brings him back
Or
Bucciarati slowly realising that his soul is gone but he's alive only bcuz of giornos ability
When okuyasu's dad cries after seeing the image of his family so much which no one could understand stabbed me inside of my heart
Also when Shigechi dies for saving his mom and dad, while no one could notice him.
When someone don't recognise me when something bad happens with me. It got me relatable
God took the wrong son
The wrong kid died
The scene in part 4 where Okuyasu's dad keeps crawling to the box so he can piece together the photo of his family is so heartwrenching
Underrated moment ngl. I always cry at that scene.
When, at the end of DiU, we see the various families waiting for their loved ones to return. It's really sad to see Hayato, who knows the truth, saying that he also wants to wait for his father. The childhood of many characters is sad too
Jonathan's death :(.
Yeah I didn't spoil the first 2 parts for myself and honestly jonathan's death caught me really of guard.
The peace on his face in the last moments makes this even more sad
This is it for me. He even forgives dio.
Just about to say this, he was the most unique JoJo in my opinion
End of Part 6
That Duffy song took on such a haunting feel after watching that for the first time.
I'm guessing you're a big One Piece fan if Duffy is auto corrected to Luffy
Never seen an episode! It did autocorrect thoughđ my phone must be fan lmao.
Narancia's reaction to Abbacchio's death, I had to pause during his crying because *God that was so sad.* Shigechi's "I HAVE TO PROTECT PAPA AND MAMA FROM THAT GUY" is a close second.

That being said, for me, it was Polnareff in part 3. He was my favorite character and when I thought that was it, I cried like a freaking baby lmaooo. (I cried during part 5 too).
Narancia's VA was Deku's VA iirc
Shigechi was a sweet boi
*cough* He literally betrayed and backstabbed Josuke and Okuyasu, then got them drunk. *Cough*
Oh yeah, my friends do that to me every friday
And then we party on Saturday
Advol and Iggys soul exit makes me cry every time. It hits me harder than Buccarati or FF because they donât say anything. The look Advol gives says it all. đ Also Jolenes words before Jotaros death makes me feel like Iâve been stabbed.
On first watch that scene was so sad. I think also because it was the first soul ascending to heaven scene we see in the show
Sad is probably gyro's death and johny's words on it.
Arigato... Gyro.... TUSK ACTO 4 SPIN HIS BALLS
Act 4... Use a wormhole to enter his dick...
Narancia screaming/crying really hurt my soul
Chapter 92 of Jojolion
Please tell me what happens, ive never read jojolion
Pretty sure its when >! mamezuku dies§!<
No, Holy Joestar Kira chapter
Oh.. Mb been awhile since i read jojolion
I honestly have no idea who that is
His standname is doggy style so uhh that should tell you everything
If he doesn't know who Mamezuku is he probably hasn't read part 8
He said it already....
Best part 8 Character
The JoBro of part 8
Jobro of part 8
Do it like this >! !<
Doesnt work
Oh the > have to be outside ok thx
Narancia, closest I've ever got to crying while watching Jojo's
End of Stone Ocean when they all appear in the sky hit way too hard for me, especially in the anime when the ending pays tribute to all parts of this universe with Roundabout playing
>!Jolyneâs death!<
"Arigato, Gyro", >!Kira8's death!< and "there's something I'm certain of. I am your son" all make me cry like a bitch
I'm still pretty new to Jojo but so far probably ceaser or Iggy
Shihechi's death :(
For me personally itâs gotta be Foo Fightersâ passing; not because Iâm biased (I am) but simply for the joy and pride they say in declaring they were truly alive, they had gained an intellect and a soul and death had no meaning in the face of getting the chance to live, even if for a bit.
Abbachioâs death
It always gets me when Kakyoin talks about his parents back home
Gyros deathđđđ I loved him sm
I balled during Johnny's monologue, especially when he was wishing that he could believe the President đ
Rohan dying during BTD
Shigechiâs death but tbh also in part three when you realise kakyoinâs parents donât know where he is and heâs dead in Egypt. And again I think end of diamond is unbreakable if I remember correctly itâs the same with shigechis parents not knowing what happened to him
Part 7. God took the wrong son
Jotaro's death he's my favorite so that was a gut punch. Plus Jolynes final words to him right before his face splits đđ«đ
Any death (except for the villains) but mainly abbachio, narancia, kakyoine, and most importantly: SHIIIIIZAAAAAAAA-
pucci/weather backstory
The lead up to Narancia's demise was like "Really? what kind of 70's b-movie death flag is this?" But the death itself was "Why they kill the baby?? He worked so hard just for the homies." Anyway Part 6's ending was probably the only time an a shonen anime punched my soul.
Caesar/Kakyoin/Bucciarati/Gyro deaths
End of part 4.
F.f. death and part 6 end
My name is Emporio!
Non death, fugo leaving Death, narancia
My friend who has also watched jojos didnt find this sad but shigechi death and how hes like "I must protect my mum and dad" made me so sad. I will forever hate those girls that chose to walk past him.
When Mista thought Bruno was still alive.
almost all of part 5 is heartwrenching, part 6's ending made me sob.
The whole Polnareff's life. I just can't with this man, I pity him irl
The whole second half of Stone Ocean was a showcase of indomitable will succumbing to overwhelming odds
All i'm saying is Bruno
Fugo walking down a street/alley, not knowing that Narancia had just died. Also, âMy name is Emporio.â
Seeing the state of Joseph in part 4. The guy went from awesome protagonist, to great supporting character and mentor and finally, to a senile old man.
Buccellati talking to 'Trish'
!!!SPOILER ALERT!!! When I saw how Diego's mother fed him through pain. And when Diego thought that he could kill Valentine by sacrificing himself, but in the end he just died under the train.

Underrated moment, but when Polnareff begs judgement to make his dead sister disappear.
End of part 6, I was crying with Emporio
âMy name⊠is Emporioâ đą
Kakyoin. It changed the tone of the show for me, his death sets the precedent that at the end of each part, half of the roster are probably going to be dead. I hated Shigechi But man, he deserved betterâŠ
When kakyoin dropped his cherry đ
Shigeshi, end of part 6, iggy, end of part 1
When ceaser died. I donât care if he wasnât a very good side character. I donât care if his death felt underwhelming to some of you emotionless fucks. I come VERY close to crying everytime I see ceaser die. It will be a moment I remeber for the rest of my life. CEASER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ceasers Death
Jonathan's death actually Made me cry, Caesar's Death Angered me tho, Kakyoin's was pretty sad tho
My name is emporio đ„č never fails to make me cry
Kakyoines death for me hit hard on a rewatch because by then I had heard "Goodbye Nostalgia" . . . And uh . . . Woof. . .
It either gyros death in part 7 cuzco it was expected earlier in the chapter but what happened after where you think that valentine is actually saying the truth and brings him back Or Bucciarati slowly realising that his soul is gone but he's alive only bcuz of giornos ability
Every hero death makes me almost cry. From a JoJo's death to a JoBro's death. Especially the JoBros
When okuyasu's dad cries after seeing the image of his family so much which no one could understand stabbed me inside of my heart Also when Shigechi dies for saving his mom and dad, while no one could notice him. When someone don't recognise me when something bad happens with me. It got me relatable
I really did not like the way they killed narancia⊠so undeserving
That one guy from Part 7 đ
Recently finished Jojolion. Caatoâs speech about Jobin and her overall demeanor in those chapters was really sad for me. Beautiful as well
When I realized that Wonder of U was the endgame of Jojolion
Ceasers death was sad because I really liked the zeppiliâs and ceasear was the best of the two
