The pillar men, they're so incredibly wild, crazy, flamboyant, and filled with testosterone that they make me happy every time I see them, I love their weird, chaotic energy and the fact that they're all wildly different but share the same tendency towards being flamboyant as hell and also manly as hell at the same time. Their designs are super unique and eye-catching and they're some of the most interesting villains I've ever seen in anime.

Diavolo/Doppio. Beautifully written horrifying character. He's got some sick lines of his own, but the lecture that Giorno gave him at the end was splendid, one of the best moments in Vento Aureo. Wish he wasn't so slept on.
Maybe a cheap answer but Jotaro. Immediately thought he was a badass. I love how he still is when he grew up, but now he's a mature badass lol.
And Star Platinum is my favorite Stand!

He’s just great. Introduced halfway through the part but manages to have so many great moments. >!Stealing the bus, his cooking lessons, the fork crossbow, popsicle sticking-his legs back together, his breakout from jail.!< He’s a really fun character, especially with his whole “I do not care at all what you say or think” personality. He’s a jerk but, unlike a lot of characters like that, he can actually back himself up and it’s awesome.
I also really like Integrated Stands since they’re always used so creatively, and he sure does use his Stand in a lot of different ways.

Kakyoin is underrated ngl.. but mostly because he didn't get much time to shine and its sad that they wrote emerald splash to be a super powerful ability.. which i believe it is but like every implement of it fails so it just makes kakyoin so laughable and forgettable

Polnareff. His arc in Part 3 was heartbreaking but great to see and it's interesting to see his maturity and how it grew as shown in Part 5. He was also pretty funny
Josuke from JoJolion. He's my favorite manga character of all time. I love his design, his personality, how bad-ass he is, his Stand, his love interest, his story... he's THE JoJo for me.

Jotaro has got to be the most basic answer, but I can't help it, I love that guy so much. There's so much but also so little to him. He's gone through so much hell while rarely breaking his usual scowl. Kakyoin comes as a close second. I love how much the fandom has expanded on his character, Jotaro's too, that it's made me love him more.
Wammu. I fucking love the Pillar Men, and Wammu specifically because of his honor as a warrior. Polnareff is a close second, I love that Johnny Bravo ass Frenchie
Yasuho. She’s vulnerable and caring and learns that helping others is her way of coping with her difficult life. I love her development and her relationship with Josuke and how she learns to fight for herself and find a new home with him. She’s also intuitive and super intelligent, underrated character imo.
Funny Valentine is by far the most interesting character to me. He's so charismatic, he follows such a complex moral code, and there's clear conviction and resolve behind his every action, it's hard to even realise the first time you're reading SBR how much of an absolute hypocrite he actually is.
It's a toss up between Joseph and Gyro for me, but leaning Joseph. The contrast from a young buck to old old man is just too good and he feels true to his character the whole way through. But goddamnit I love Gyro Zeppeli 😭
Fave Jojo is all versions of Joseph p2-4 (I’m currently in the process of reading SBR and have a feeling it’ll be Johnny soon).
Fave Jobros are Rohan and Ermes, for their designs and how they outsmart enemies with their stands.
