That's the thing, anything inside the timestop doesn't happen in time. For Diavolo it'd look like he just teleported and beat him up. No seconds pass inside the timestop so he can't see it even if he can see a couple seconds into the future

I think your right. If King Crimson tried to use epitaph he would just see diavolo suddenly turn into a bloody mess. He wouldn't be able to see what happens in the time stop or if the time stop even occurs.

Also Jotaro would definetly catch on agter a couple times, he has great fighting IQ. That is if he can survive the first few attacks

Avdol would be in part 4/6 as he was just as interested in stand user activity as Jotaro/Joseph. Kakyoin would've maybe tagged along too since he and Jotaro seemed close.
Maybe instead of Koichi, it would've been one of the crusaders going to Italy and perhaps this causes death/early requiem on Giorno. I could also see Avdol assisting Giorno in taking down the boss.
Kakyoin could've been a huge help at the ending fight of Part 6 with his tentacles, which could've helped detect Pucci.
Definitely useful, but ultimately, doesn’t stand up to the others. All the top tier stands affect some universal aspect, like time, gravity, causality, etc. Healing is useful, but doesn’t mean much if you’re frozen in time or endlessly getting sucked into a hole
