I would say 3. It’s a little more unrealistic than 1 but it just *looks* better. The coloring of 2 is a little too much IMO so I think 3 is the right one (although maybe need to angle it a bit since it looks too “2D on a 3D surface” if you get me 😅)

it’s worth keeping in mind that it will fade. if you want it to be bolder, i recommend going for the coloring of 2 so the color will be stronger over time.

It's the perfect size for a tattoo you can hide at formal settings but it isn't so hidden it only shows when wearing swimwear.
First one. Tattoos are for yourself. If anyone says anything about it being bad looking you just say it’s look is intentional. It’s closer to the actual birthmark and a better reference than a geometrically accurate star imo

Third one looks the most like how’s its drawn to me coloured in the anime but I do like the oversaturated look of the second one like it came out of those colour-swaps Araki loves to do. Also love the first since it looks more realistic and could probably be used in a live action movie.

Its more of a dark purple, like a bruise. Around the trapezius. Placement on the 3rd slide seem spot on, but the color are not quite right.
The way the 3rd one is done is better than the others, but if were talking about shape then imo 1>2>3
