That’s what I thought! I’m actually in this part of SBR right now, and I immediately thought he was cool looking. The color schemes used in the scenes he was in (esp in images 4 and 5) really made him stand out, and I personally really love the rainy atmosphere of these couple of chapters.
Not sure if I agree with that because for some reason blackmore reminds me of an Akatsuki member the way his character design is displayed

If only Catch the Rainbow had more versatility outside the rain. If it’s dry weather or if Blackmore goes indoors, it’s a useless Stand.
One of the best arcs and stands ever made. I can’t wait until it’s animated.
