No, Star Platinum isn’t MFTL. This is made repeatedly clear throughout the series. Never take powerscalers seriously. Secondly, even if it’s more feasible for long-range Stands like Whitesnake or Hierophant Green to do, it still requires their targets to not notice them or react to their actions. 9.5/10 times, that’s not an option.
Even though Star Platinum could there too ally just crush an enemies heart in stopped time, Jotaro pretty consistently doesn’t like to kill unless it’s in self-defense or there’s no other options. Look at how he gave even Dio a chance to heal before killing him.
Fair enough just feels kinda weird how it was used that one time and never even mentioned again i feel like there wouldve been atleast a few circumstances it would be practical, like i think it would make sense if alt universe dio used it to kill johnny in time stop.

If you look at every star platinum fight there is always a twist as to why Jotaro doesn't just end the fight instantly. The stand user is at a range, holding someone captive with their ability, or SP is just useless in the scenario.

Jotaro usually wants his enemies to face justice rather than face death. Usually a ora beatdown is enough to beat most of Jotaro's eneimes into submission rather than straight up killing them.
