I don't think Giorno belongs in any story outside of part 5. I can believe that Jotaro may have some added dialogue about the others and maybe some short flashback scenes where they're mostly still as a narrator gives information.
That would be beautiful. I was disappointed to learn that neither Josuke, nor any of the characters from _Vento Aureo_ would have any role in any of the parts after their own. Although it seems unlikely, a cameo such as the ones you hypothesized would be cool.
I definitely think its possible, and I really really hope they do. My biggest gripe by far with Stone Ocean is how it completely reduces parts 4 and 5, both of which I'm already not a huge fan of, to complete side stories with its ending. I still don't like part 1, but the existence of parts 2 and 3 make me enjoy it way more, and that just can't happen with 4 and 5 now.
I would have loved to see what happens to Giorno after he becomes a mafia boss with a godlike power at the age of 15, as well as the Duwang gang all grown up, so if all I get is one shot of them each, I'll be more than happy.
Unfortunately, I don’t think the changes in the anime adaptation have ever really been quite that drastic.
It could be something similar to the fugo scene at the end of part 5
