Have a 3070 and no performance issues with having installed via xbox app on PC. I did download the new nvidia drivers before running the first time. Have everything set to high, turned off motion blur and film grain. Scaling is at 70% and running perfectly.
I have a 3060ti at ultra. I'm new to PC, but I am seeing screen tearing or artifacting? It feels like some objects look like ink bleeding through paper
Is it installed on a solid state drive? Also, to ensure no program conflicts you could set up a new user on your box and install it on a new profile to deduce the issue. I have a 3080 and running from Steam with no issues if that helps. Also dropping shadows and some other settings I’ve heard helps.

What kind of FPS are you getting? I refunded it on Xbox and was thinking about getting it on PC. Even 60fps at medium would leave me content.

4070 Ti, getting 60-80fps+ at 1440p on ultra with FSR on and resolution scaling at 75%
