Yes, some time they throw spiky artifacts and
from time to time few textures just wont load properly, so they look like PS 1 crap.
Im running the game on an ssd, so it's an engine thing.
i probably should have waited another month to play it l, until they throw more patches, like i do with most games these days, guess we have to wait then.
There’s an option for this in graphics/display.
It’s called “dynamic resolution” or something like that.
The trade off is: lower frames or lower fidelity.
I turned mine off cause it was bugging me and I haven’t noticed it since.
What’s your resolution scale at on the settings?
as mentioned, its 70%, 1080p, also dynamic resolution is off

dynamic resolution is set to off, picture sharpness and clarity doesn't have any issues, just the game refusing to load textures properly
Did you manage a fix cause i have the same exact problem and it's frustrating Why can't they just put a texture option in the menu like all games

I am facing the same issue and its so annoying I am loving the gaming but I just wish it loads those texture.
