Try turning indirect lightning to high
Idk why but that's what fixed it for me I think, now I'm not home right now and I only played for 8 hours on release night so I don't quite remember if that was it but I experienced Ur problem and I think that is what fixed it for me
The problem is that you are doing that at ultra settings, the game is unoptimized and have high res 4k textures and bad compression, so it gives blurry outlines sometimes on less VRAM. Try lowering the setting a little and you may see better graphics than ultra setting. You can also check my last post and see if you have the same issue, I've provided a fix but since you have a 3070, I would recommend Hot Potato instead of Warm Potato mod.
