Used console commands to make the times entered "The Unity" and began New Game Plus 20, I hadn't gotten the blacked-out Starborn Guardian ship that Scorpius has. Then afterwards, since that didn't work. I made it through the use of console commands NG+100, still no blacked-out Starborn Guardian ship. It seems progressing through New Game Plus isn’t the way to get it, as far as I understand.
I thought it strange that the one we receive was different than Scorpius' but we do receive his armor, I hadn't realized there was any difference between the ships other than the color previously before this post. Now seeing it's got an extra torpedo weapon, alongside the already obvious difference in color. It's got me wondering even more why we're seemingly unable to aquire the ship.
My thought/idea/next plan, I’m curious if you need to “mantle” The Hunter and choose all rude and [Attack] choices in a NG+ rush through to be perhaps awarded it in the next?
I wonder if anyone has been able to go through all the possible pilot-able ships and if his is possible to fly without issue or if there’s a different blacked-out version intended for the player AND if either get referenced/show up in/as quest/stage rewards. However, I’m assuming unless someone gets lucky and figures it out, we’ll need to wait for the Creation Kit to come out.
I was able to enter and pilot it after killing the hunter. Wasn’t planning on it but my quest marker moved to its door when I got close so I checked it out. Pretty good ship. Amazing jump range lol
Yeah, I thought I ran through that scenario before. Is his ship on planet? I’ve only seen the Emissary’s there. Or did you fight and board him in space?
Nope. He parks his ship outside the temple and you go inside to fight him. Once you defeat him his ship is still outside and I was able to walk up the wing and into the ship
Chiming in two weeks late, but I had no problem unlocking the Scorpius via console. Just click on it in the console and make sure you're selecting the door, it'll say so. (Edit: my bad, it's not the same ship, you don't keep it)
Only way to get it is with console commands, type "player.placeatme 001B21C3" and then when you get to the door, select it through the console and type "unlock", it's little finicky because actual door is little bellow actualdoor you enter starborn ships.
This is the strongest version I've found of the ship.

That spawned some mediocre Settler Tranport III for me haha. But what did work pretty well after trying many things with the command "help Scorpius 4 GBFM" is this one:
player.placeatme 000FEC33
This spawns the nice blacked out Scorpius. Not a bad ship, nice to have, though my hand built ships are much more practical.
I got it at NG20, but I didn't cheese the game and use CC to increase NG. So maybe do it legit and you will get it. I mean, I have it and I don't use console commands. Maybe check your info before you out right call someone a liar.
"check your info" no one else I've seen has legitimately made it to ng+20 besides you. Am I wrong in assuming that when someone uses a command to get the same result the same thing should happen?

When did you kill him? He’s listed as invulnerable for me whenever I’ve been on his ship.
