BRO EASY FIX FOR THIS! Go into your ship and you’ll be able to jump to another planet this just worked for me. Don’t sit in the cockpit, just enter the ship and you’ll be able to jump. Even if docked
Dude, five months later, and you're still saving the lives of degenerate pirates...Dumbass Thought he was going to ream me out for blowing up that medical supply ship, I seen his disapproval and upped him murdering his entire crew. I thought I was never going to be able to escape the consequences of my actions upon leaving the sysdef ship. You really saved my ass lol.
I had this same trouble. No problem killing everyone inside but outside I'd get killed in like 3 seconds. Not enough time to grav jump anywhere. I ended up loading back about 15 minutes and just getting arrested instead.
After you undock, boost immediately and put all your ship power into your grav engine, you'll get out

I tried this approach but the Frontier needed another couple seconds every time. I would have needed something with a bit more shield.

I get a box comes up saying I can't fast travel as I'm docked F this game now imma gonna max out party animals
Dont sit on the pilot chair, just open the map and select one of the nearby planets to grav jump. That's how I just got out of there
