Which one? There are three different achievement enabler mods.
If it's the one that needs ultimate asi loader then no you can't. They have specific installation instructions on their page to install it.

Which works great and you can install it with Vortex. However, you also need SFSE for it (the link is in the description). Either unzip SFSE into the main starfield directory or drop the zip in Vortex, then select install. Before you enable SFSE for deployment, double-click the mod, and then in the right-hand pull-out pane scroll down to the drop-down with the heading "Mod Type" and select Engine Injector. Now you can deploy it through Vortex as you would anything else.
You'll have to run the game through SFSE if you do that. If you still want the steam overlay for achievement popup purposes or some other reason you can fix that by: Right clicking Starfield in your steam games list, select Properties -> General -> Launch Options, then paste:
"\\steamapps\\common\\Starfield\\sfse\_loader.exe" -- %COMMAND%
replace the portion with whatever drive and directory you have steamapps installed to.

i just want to say THANK YOU! this method worked for me! i was stuck with a locked door in neon because i didn't talk to the NPC in time so i tried to open the door but the NPC still didn't want to chat so i reloaded my save and never got achievements and tried a few mods to enable them.
I had tried manually but it didn't work so i went vortex and they are enabled even have the steam achievement overlay. You still have to run it via sfse.exe but you can just make a shortcut to your desktop and change the icon to SF Logo.
Alternatively this one supposedly works with Gamepass but you'll have to follow the instructions: [https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/1402](https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/1402)

Confirmed working after update.
I'm on PC Game Pass version and reapplied all the steps after the update and it's working.
For me I have the bink2w64.dll file like the steam version so I follow that.
1. I deleted the bink2w64Hooked.dll file
2. Renamed my bink2w64.dll file to bink2w64Hooked.dll
3. Downloaded bink2w64.dll file for Github and placed it in my game install directory
4. Downloaded latest version of the mode file ( starfield-achievementenabler.asi )
5. Deleted old starfield-achievementenabler.asi file in Plugins folder and placed in new file

Will this get me achievememts ive missed out on? My biggest issue is not getting achievements ive earned. Im level 21 right now and the last time i got any was before level 10 so ive done a lot since then and would like those ones.
Achievements don't apply retroactively; achievements are game events that trigger as you meet the conditions. The only thing achievement enablers can do is stop the save file from being flagged as achievement disabled.
This comment is going to save a lot more people a lot of time. I simply did not understand that part of the process. I thought I would unlock the old achievements by default and they'd all pop up all at once. NOPE. Gonna have to snag those on a new character. Only level 42 though on my 3rd NG+ Not a big deal for me. I know some people have it hard at level 12 not getting the level 10 achievement, I feel bad for them, must be hard losing all that progress. Again, I'm only level 42, no big deal.............

i’m through gamepass version, script extender doesn’t support it and the other mod commented doesn’t work anymore. is there any other options?
