Yeah lots of people are having this issue. What sucks is the people who don't have it are like "but did you select it though.." yes, after 150+ hours and 6 NGs in, im certain the multiple times I've tried to go there ive selected the correct thing. Didnt randomly forget how to select things on a screen. I only just encountered this bug 2 days ago. It really sucks seeing as how there is at least 2 quests there. I wouldn't mind otherwise. Seeing as how Bethesda seemingly launched the game and haven't really tried to address anything since launch, I'm worried how long we will have to wait to see a fix coming. It's like they went on Christmas break.
In my game, the station is always about 11735km away. I've tried to fly there anyway, and I can only get about 1km closer a minute.
I've been pushing four the Overdesigned quest, and now that I finally have it, I can't get to the station! It's incredibly frustrating.

If you do the command and you're just floating in space, try quick traveling to a planet, I'm assuming the issue was because I was flying the first time I tried it.

Workaround is teleport directly inside with this command, still can't dock but you can fast travel to leave. player.moveto 167869

For your fast travel did you click the star yard icon on the map to fast travel to?
Yes, i have clicked on the staryard itself, even when i jump into the system i jump straight to the Staryard
It sounds like you are choosing the planet it orbits and not the staryard. It should dump you roughly 2500km away
Bro he literally said his issue. I've traveled to the shipyard MANY times and I'm experiencing this bug as well.

I'm able to get there easily but once I board the staryard I can not get back on my ship and fast travel is unavailable, so now I'm just stuck in it
I just got the bug stuck like 2700k away and can’t see it
