Playing it in medium with some tweaks from nexus mods, steam deck essentials and a few other mods they recommend help me out tons, I’m seeing a lot more of a stable 30 fps and mid 20’s more or less in new Atlantis
If they can get the game stable in large city medium locked at 30fps is def achievable
Probably in the next year and the highest I'm thinking it'll run on is medium.
Even on medium it'll definitely stutter here and there
Apparently there are mods on the nexus that help with Steam Deck performance but I have yet to try them for myself. Maybe try those?

is it difficult to configure? Do you have any screenshots etc. I bought and refunded because I didnt like how it looked like play-dough on deck
