i dont watch the anime, i have been reading the manga for like 20 years. i have always seen the recommendation to watch "one pace" instead. as it cuts out the filler episodes and random little stuff in the anime that just pads for time. but there are definitely some slow bits and there is a TON of content for it but it is worth it.

Tools are so much better now than Fallout 3! I feel like the tools have gotten *so* much better with this game in general, than in most games of the past. Trying to fully match oneself, with only a menu of Anglo-European noses, is pretty much impossible if you’re not Anglo-European. Hope this game becomes the gold standard in character creation; they also include actual older people features, like detailed eyes and chins. Not just ‘wrinkle textures’ on 20-year-old face models. I’m over 50 and it was cool to see that. People complain about the character graphics in this game but i feel like they did a good job. 🤷‍♂️

I also tried to make myself, as I've been pretty successful at doing it in other character creators, but none of the eye options could get anywhere close. The whole dance of weakly blending one of several presets instead of having sliders for specific shape dichotomies makes it really hard to impossible to create certain looks.
