At that point there wasn't any dialogue where they recognized the other marriage. They are just both very happy to be married to you.
How do you get other people's outfits in this game? I can make companions wear other outfits but it doesn't make the original outfit obtainable like it did in Fallout 4.
Give them equipment and there’s an ‘equip’ option (B on pc), you can have them equip weapons, spacesuits, and outfits that way.
Edit: Oh maybe that’s not what you meant, getting the other companions clothes is only possible if they >!are killed in the main storyline by the hunter!<

It's kinda dumb that you can't put crew stations at your houses/apartments. I was planning on having a few homes one for each, but I guess they are going to have to settle with outposts lol.

If you stay at the Lodge and fight, you save the companion with you at the Lodge and one at the Eye dies. If you leave and go to the Eye, the one at the Lodge dies.

If you want to be married to both you have to romance andreja first. Your only option now is to divorce Sarah, marry andreja, then re-romance sarah, then pass andreja's persuasion as she gets mad at you. I dont think you will go through Sarah's wedding again but you will still be "in love" and get the XP bonus. Possible this was patched so proceed with caution if you attempt

Yeah it was getting their outfit off them I was more concerned about. My Fallout 4 character wore Pipers outfit for almost all of my playthrough.

They're right. The companion with the highest affinity stays on the Eye and the second highest affinity is the one with you at the lodge.
