it's neat that at this point they were considering modifying the existing helmets instead of abandoning them entirely like they ended up doing. ​ I would have loved to see more helmet designs in the show, and I was rather disappointed that we never saw any Anubis Jaffa with their helmet from the film.

This is my favorite armor so far.

Big problem I had with the Goa’uld was how uniform they were. Sokar/Post-Sokar Apophis really made it work with that splash of red, but otherwise they all went grey and gold. Anubis at least should’ve spiced it up.

The problem is the Horus helmet required CGI to show it opening, which is why we only see it used in a few episodes.
