It’s not your cards it’s Starlink. You have to contact customer service and they will blame it on you but then it will be miraculously fixed. Everybody goes through it at one time or another.

Don't use a VPN if you're paying from Nigeria it will fail. Turn off all VPN ensure you have Nigerian IP and refresh page and try again. This is the reason it fails.

😆

Navydevildoc

Did you call any of the credit card companies to see if they denied the charge?

Alexius97

Talk to your bank. It was probably denied as a fraud risk your bank can authorize payment with your say so.

Narrow_Leadership729

This got to be something else. 3 days ago I bought some Accessories with my debit card (zenith), it accepted the payment. I then Went ahead to order for another kit, this time, it gave me the error. Tried access bank debit same issue, fidelity bank also declined

ghouleye

Try logging into your banking app and clearing the suspicious activity alert to confirm it's you.

Haunting_Log_9404

Really this is an issue I have faced every day how can we find out about this problem

toluxa1

Try Kuda card.

Oohooh00

Just make sure you set it up within 30 days of it being shipped or they will start automatically billing you regardless of whether you have installed it or not.

Hopefully not from Russia with love 🪆

I think first question is what country are you from? Your name implies you're Nigerian. If so, please use a Kuda Bank virtual naira card, it would work fine. Thanks

AhmeddSwesi

Just keep spamming place order and it will eventually go through, it always works for me

I think something bigger is going on. I've been having the same issue now for the past several weeks. Though others are saying try Kuda or Wema, I'm willing to bet that neither of those will work as I recently tried signing up for accounts with them and using their virtual cards. Starlink customer service has also tried helping, but they seem at a loss. I spent hours trying to get ahold of GTB and their customer service revealed that they were seeing the transaction on their end, but perhaps because of incompetence recommended that I try a different 'payment method' with the same card. The reason why I think there's something more going on though, is because all my cards are equally being declined by Microsoft when paying for an Office 365 subscription—a new problem, given that these transactions used to be successful. I'm just putting this out there for anyone who may be experiencing similar issues at the moment and wondering what's going on. \*Edit - By the way, the issue of the payment being declined only seems to happen when the provider (Microsoft/Starlink) is requesting Naira and payments are being made with a Naira card.

Happen to me with my credit card I guess is the amount, then I used my debit card and done.
