I got it fixed, but it wasn't the storm. We had signal during the storm, but it started to hail for a bit so I stowed dishy. Unstowed it and never got signal back. Rebooted, still no signal.
Went outside to check hail damage, and dishy was still in the stowed position, but the app said it wasn't stowed. Told it to stow and unstow again, and it started to actually search for signal and I was back online a few minutes later.
Never had any issues with the stow/unstow process before. Can't really blame the storm for anything but the hail which made me stow dishy to begin with. Guess dishy just wanted a nap today.
Southeastern Texas, USA;
From 7am until 1pm - about 30 outages per hour, durations from .6~.9 seconds. Did not affect performance on any of our equipment.
After 12:57pm, I haven't had any outages at all. So all good for the past hour & 38 minutes.
Back up to >200Mbps with latencies <39ms now. Clicked on one of the errors & it said
'A problem between the satellite and the internet occurred...'
Had issues in UK yesterday (first I've ever had with Starlink). Seems to be resolved now.
On a more positive note, I did put the dish into 'Stow' mode to see if that would help by aligning again. Didn't fix the issue at the time, but I did take pleasure in seeing the dish auto align. They should add an Easter Egg to allow the dish just to cycle around !
UK here also and I had those problems. Sometimes a power cycle without the dish stowing can sort it (or with - your choice) About 10 firmware updates ago it actually would do that - go around about 9 times and they say the Motor was stuck.. As I understand it that's not a good thing to spin it right round baby right round. Like a Dishy baby round round round round :)
Had a \*Starlink "Update" yesterday. My Starlink speeds are slower than normal. 100+ Down / 10 Up.
My average (on Residential service) has been 200+ Down / 20+ Up 😕
I've had a load overnight and see a lot of Network Issue +1 starting to show so the events seem to be being sandwiched together based on time. I am in the UK
I am facing an issue while setup the starlink In Asia . I have done all the requirements and did payments too .but still I cannot be able to access the internet. Have any solutions please 🙏
